My Mom called each day for three days to give me updates on the flower blooms opening up. She was tickled pink, and that is ultimately all that matters."

"Ordered from them 3 times total so far. 2 of the 3 all went without incident. Delivered on requested days, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and a birthday.
The 1 incident, I think it was back on Mother's Day, was a single flower came in broken, emailed their service and they offered a partial refund or resend flowers, I took the partial refund.
The replies were quick by them.
Other thoughts: I saw someone here in a review mention about freeshipping.com junk mail, which I remember seeing in the past week, luckily I use a spam-online order email account, so none of those bastards can get my real email account but will keep an eye out for any frivolous charges on my credit card."
I sent Valentine's Day flowers to a lady friend and she received them on February 12th but complained that some of the stems on the roses were broken.
I notified Pro Flowers and they said that they would duplicate the order and ship it by FEDEX next day at no cost to me which they did. The flowers arrived on February 13th and were in excellent condition. That's what I call customer service.
I am extremely satisfied and would certainly order from them again.All is good."

"There was a problem with my order being late and they went ten times the extra mile to compensate me and make everyone happy with some of the most beautiful flowers my wife, sister and mother in law ever received. They also refunded all charges to my credit card. That was the only time I had a problem out of numerous orders with them. I thought that kind of customer service was gone forever but I was wrong. Kudos’ Proflowers, You have set the mark for excellent customer service that all online merchants should strive to."
