ResellerRatings.com TOP REVIEWER!

"Two flowers had broken stems. Two were dead. Very disappointing. Vase seemed to large for arrangement due to lack of "filler" like baby's breath, etc. My wife liked the vase, she said the chocolates were good and the teddy bear cute, so it wasn't all fail."

"PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE PROFLOWERS SCAM AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE THEY SHARE YOUR CC INFORMATION WITH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY THAT CHARGES YOU MONTHLY 14.95.

CALL THEM AND REMOVE YOUR CC INFORMATION.

CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY SUCH A BUSINESS NEEDS TO SCAM PEOPLE. READ ABOUT THE EASY SAVER SCAM AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS"

"Flowers arrived limp and dead. I had ordered Roses, but they sent me something else. I don't know what they are, because they are mostly dead. First I complained because I had one more day for delivery.

“Mike” assured me I would get them the following day in the morning, so I waited. I did not receive the order by 10AM so I called. They had no record of a replacement order. When I requested same day delivery (because of my problem), they said they could not deliver the same day, even though they offer this service online. So now it is Friday and mother's day is on Sunday. I don't have any Roses with a refund that means nothing.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I also have experience with 1800flowers, but they also made mistakes sending the wrong/dead flowers. To be fair, they only screwed up 1 time out of 7 orders. But that one time was enough for me to look like a cheap fool and go to ProFlowers, and now this! Walk to your local florist and have them deliver the old fashion way."

"Terrible. Flowers did not show up on the day I requested. When I called, 2 days later, I was told they hadn't even shipped yet. Refund received, and free voucher given. When the voucher was redeemed, flowers came wilted and only lasted 2 days."

"My husband and I placed separate orders in February. Soon after, we started seeing charges for $14.95 for Easy Saver on our bank statements. After doing some searching, it turns out that this is an affiliate of Proflowers and somehow during the checkout process you "consent" to this service and start being billed monthly. Check online- many people are complaining about being tricked into paying for Easy Saver after using Proflowers. I will not be using this company again."

"I had ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom and my boyfriend’s mom on 4/19 & 4/22. After I placed the order, I looked up Proflower’s reviews, and they were terrible. For over 2 weeks, I worried whether the flowers would be delivered, or if the flowers would be a mess.

My mom’s flowers (delivered to Maryland from New Jersey) arrived on time, and she loved them. I ordered her 2 dozen long stemmed roses, which had a small box of chocolates included. Four of the flowers were crushed, so we knew they wouldn’t open. I called Proflowers, and without a hassle they said they would send out another order on the following Tuesday.

My boyfriend’s mom’s flowers (delivered to West Palm Beach, FL from Orlando, FL) also arrived on time. She loved her flowers as well. She also received 2 dozen roses with a small box of chocolates. Since she wasn’t home when they were delivered, the flowers & chocolate had to sit outside in the heat for a while. But she said the flowers were fine, and the chocolate did not melt. I asked if any of her flowers were damaged, since some of my mom’s were, but she said they were all ok and that none of them had frayed edges. She said she hasn’t seen flowers like that since she was back home (we’re Jamaican).

I found that Proflowers had the best prices, and there were so many coupons and options. I would recommend going through the site a few times before making your selection because they have some of the same arrangements with different prices. Or they would have a special for say 2 dozen roses for $29.99, but they would still have a link for the regular 2 dozen roses for $39.99. Before I found a coupon, my order came up to $56 with Saturday shipping. I then found a coupon, changed my arrangement to include the chocolare, changed my shipping to a standard date, and both of my orders were $41.59 & $42.54. Of course I could have gotten my mom 2 dozen roses & chocolates from the grocery store for maybe $15 less, but I can tell she really appreciated having the flowers delivered to her.

I guess when people have good experiences they tend not to share, or give positive reviews. But I must say, after all of the worrying I had for the past couple weeks I had a very good Proflowers experience.

"I purchased flowers from www.proflowers.com on December 22nd. I chose overnight delivery. The flowers were due to arrive on December 23rd. They were finally delivered - December 27th. They were delivered at the right house, but the delivery person (FedEx) did not put them in a spot where they could not be found. This person walked through the deep snow where it was obvious that no one had walked before and placed the flowers - in the snow, and left them there. It took over 5 days for these flowers to arrive using "overnight delivery, Guaranteed." I called Proflowers and was promised a refund. I waited a week or so. No refund. A week later, no refund. Here it is, January 30th, 2009 and still NO refund. Do NOT do business with these shady characters."

"Shipping charges are outrageous. When using paypal you don't see the breakdown until it's too late to cancel. Customer service is of no value. I won't order again from this company."

"I ordered a few times from ProFlowers and was please with their prices and flowers. However, in my last order, the flowers got to my girlfriend dry and the rubber bands and packaging left substantial creases in the flowers.

Furthermore, I found that a charge of $14.95 from an affiliate company has been on charged every month since my first purchase there. I never authorized these charges nor authorized ProFlowers to share my info with anyone. I do not recommend ProFlowers. They are shady, take your money elsewhere."
