Worst experience ever! I normally order flowers late for Mother's Day and end up spending a ton to get them delivered on time. This year I remembered to order flowers more than a week and an half early. And shipping still cost me a fortune and the flowers weren't delivered until Monday..the day AFTER Mother's Day. Even worse they started charging my credit card additional charges for a Super Saver fee. After you place an order you receive a messages saying would you like to save $15 on your next order. There wasn't a disclaimer stating they were going to charge your account for it! TERRIBLE I will never use this site again and I will be telling everyone not to use them.

Third time that I have used ProFlowers, and they did well again! Placed an order for a Mother's Day arrangement, with chocolates and a balloon. Arrived on time and as described on the website. (More than I can say about another order through FTD, but you can look at that rating separately.)
My Mom called each day for three days to give me updates on the flower blooms opening up. She was tickled pink, and that is ultimately all that matters.

I ordered "Assorted Tulips for Mom". It is 20 tulips with different bright colors as shown in the picture on the website. But my mom received half tulips and half iris. The tulips are just plain white and light purple - not colorful at all.
And on top of that, like everyone else, I got 2 extra charges on my credit card. I still have to complain to them to cancel and try to get a refund. They said I wouldn't be charged if I cancel within 1 month, but I got charged immediately for the 2 stupid clubs! I probably have to file a BBB complaint and change my credit card number.

My husband and I placed separate orders in February. Soon after, we started seeing charges for $14.95 for Easy Saver on our bank statements. After doing some searching, it turns out that this is an affiliate of Proflowers and somehow during the checkout process you "consent" to this service and start being billed monthly. Check online- many people are complaining about being tricked into paying for Easy Saver after using Proflowers. I will not be using this company again.

Here is my recent feedback I gave to ProFlowers with a request for a refund.
I am writing to give feedback on the order I have referenced. This is actually the second time I have ordered roses for for my wife that I have been disappointed. The first time was for Valentine's Day 2008, and now for Valentine's Day 2009. I have had success with my other orders, but it seems that the roses just aren't working out. My wife received this order of roses on 2/13/09. She followed the care instructions that were provided with the roses to the letter, but they still turned out to be a big disappointment. Only two days after the delivery the yellow roses in this arrangement were looking half dead and by 2/17/09 they were completely dead looking. Other colors were also starting to fade significantly by 2/17/09 and by 2/18/09 approximately half of the roses were either completely dead or half way there. In keeping with your policy where your arrangements are guaranteed for 7 days, I am requesting a refund on this order. I will still consider ProFlowers for future flower orders, but I just don't think I'll consider roses in the future. Thank you.

Two flowers had broken stems. Two were dead. Very disappointing. Vase seemed to large for arrangement due to lack of "filler" like baby's breath, etc. My wife liked the vase, she said the chocolates were good and the teddy bear cute, so it wasn't all fail.

This site got my order to me on time, during Valentines Day and that makes me happy. I do admit the flowers looked terrible as soon as I pulled them out of the box but once I followed the intructions and got them in some water and in the vase and the petals pulled, they looked very good. Guys if your going to buy flowers online make sure you deliver them to yourself first, so you can prepare them, if you want them delivered to your sweetheart as is, go for a local flourist. You have to remeber they're shipping a living plant in a box, so your going to have to fix them up a bit once you get them, but after a day in some water, the flowers looked beautiful, just remeber, once you get the box, follow the instructions.

This is has been the worst experience of my life and it is all because of the inept and inefficient service you provide that has messed up the whole day for me and my wife. I ordered express delivery to get to my wife for feb 13th just so that I will avoid the feb 14th rush.it never got there and just imagine that this is our first valentine's day.whole day your customer service keep telling me that this is in process.AT the end of the day Ms Patt told me that it cannot be delivered today and she will upgrade and send and apology note . NOw today i.e 14th of feb at 5pm you guys told me that it was never even ordered to the florist and that they have no order to deliver as none was placed. Now If you can please tell me who is responsible and how can you compensate it. Is just a refund enough? would you take it? if will not get the response i will leave as many negative responses as I can on all the review websites about your service.

For Valentine's Day, I ordered two dozen assorted long-stem roses to be delivered to my fiancee. The price was reasonable, but the shipping ended up doubling the cost of my order because of all the extra charges (guaranteed Friday delivery, guaranteed morning delivery, day before Valentine's day). The description on the ProFlowers website specifically said that the colors of the roses range "from deep red to blush pink to delicate salmon tones and bright yellow." The picture of the bouquet also showed red roses. When my fiancee received the roses, however, there were NO red roses in the bouquet. That was particularly disappointing considering that it was Valentine's Day! I'm sure they left the red roses out on purpose because they are in such high demand. I contacted customer service, but they just responded to say that they do not guarantee the color of the roses in their assorted bouquets. To say the least, I will NOT be ordering from ProFlowers again.

This is my second order from this company.
I sent Valentine's Day flowers to a lady friend and she received them on February 12th but complained that some of the stems on the roses were broken.
I notified Pro Flowers and they said that they would duplicate the order and ship it by FEDEX next day at no cost to me which they did. The flowers arrived on February 13th and were in excellent condition. That's what I call customer service.
I am extremely satisfied and would certainly order from them again. All is good. This review was modified by its author, jadinolf, on

Scam Warning with Proflowers and EZSVER RW:
If you have ever bought flowers from Proflowers and clicked to receive a $15 coupon off your next purchase, check your bank account/credit card to make sure you are not receiving a monthly charge of $14.95 or $1.95. EZSVER receives all your information from Proflowers and if you click to receive that coupon the monthly charges begin.
I did not sign up for a membership with EZSVER, nor did I give them my credit card information.
You can receive your money back, (they told me it would take 7 – 10 business days to receive it back). You have to call the number of the company, which is listed right next the name of the company on your account statement (800-355-1837), and demand the full amount to be refunded. At first they will cancel your membership and say they can only refund you 2 months, which is a lie to get you to go away. Then they told me 6 months, so I asked to speak to their manager and the manager said they would give me the full amount back. Do not accept 2 months for an answer. My money is supposed to be refunded in 7 - 10 days and if it is not there they will be receiving another phone call from me and I will continue to do so till I get my money

I recieved 18"WILTED Red Roses" today at work for Valentines Day from my husband. This was the first time he had bought me flowers in 10 years so I was extremely excited to get them, However I was so very disappointed and Totally Embarrassed when I opened the BOX to find very ugly wilted roses that were already dead! I had to call to thank my husband and of course I didn't have the heart to tell him the truth about the flowers. However I did call Proflowers and told them that the roses arrived wilted and dead! They apologized and offered to send me new ones. According to just about every review on here the second batch is worse than the first.......we'll see. I'll let you know.

Do not use this company. They are affiliated with marketing companies that will deceive you into believing you can get a 15 dollar rebate on shipping cost. That "rebate" will immediately turn into a 15 dollar "membership" due that will be debited your account on a monthly basis until you contest it.
ProFlowers' representative was aware of this situation - which leaves you wondering why anybody would use a service that promotes itself by deceptive means.

I purchased flowers from www.proflowers.com on December 22nd. I chose overnight delivery. The flowers were due to arrive on December 23rd. They were finally delivered - December 27th. They were delivered at the right house, but the delivery person (FedEx) did not put them in a spot where they could not be found. This person walked through the deep snow where it was obvious that no one had walked before and placed the flowers - in the snow, and left them there. It took over 5 days for these flowers to arrive using "overnight delivery, Guaranteed." I called Proflowers and was promised a refund. I waited a week or so. No refund. A week later, no refund. Here it is, January 30th, 2009 and still NO refund. Do NOT do business with these shady characters.

Terrible. Flowers did not show up on the day I requested. When I called, 2 days later, I was told they hadn't even shipped yet. Refund received, and free voucher given. When the voucher was redeemed, flowers came wilted and only lasted 2 days.
