"Worst shopping experience ever!

Three days after the order was placed I got a Fedex notification that a label was created. A week later it still hadn't shipped. I left messages; no response. I called, was told to get a call back from them, never did. Called again and was told they had mistakenly shipped my item somewhere else and were waiting for it to get back. Finally, 3 weeks after I placed the order, the package arrived, still incomplete and missing an item. Had to call again and ask for a credit, they didn't even do that then it was shipped incomplete. Total waste of my time and money, should have purchased from my usual suppliers. Customer service is non existent at TargetSportsUSA."

"This is the second time in 2 weeks that I received an email stating that my order had been voided since it appears to now be out of stock. Huh? It was in stock when I ordered it and their online system took the order without issue. You are telling me that once an item has been loaded and checked out that you can then void it later? This would be like me walking out of Walmart with a cart full of merchandise only to have Walmart stop me in the parking lot and pull stuff out of my buggy that they "didn't really have" in the first place.

Come on TargetSportsUSA, get a better system or get out of the business!"

"Don’t waste your time with this company. In January I placed a large order of Pistol, Rifle, and Shotgun ammo. I contacted the store, and was told everything on my list was available. I placed the order, and was told it would be 2-3 weeks. I waited a month and called. I was told the pistol and Rifle ammo were in stock, but they were waiting for the shotgun ammo. I asked I they could send the ammo that was in stock, and was told, no and the shotgun ammo would be in shortly. I called back 2 weeks later, and now was told; they had no ammo in stock, but they would hold my order. I just called the other day, and was told it wouldn’t be until August or September for my ammo to arrive.. What B.S. Was my ammo even in stock, or did it get sold to a higher bidder."

"I have ordered from this website numerous times. They have a great selection, amazing customer service and the best prices. This is the only place I get my ammo from."

"I ordered $300 worth of ammo -- Hornady .40 175 Grain Critical Duty to be precise -- on January 4, 2013 and received email confirmation and an order number. I knew the entire ammo market was in damage-control mode at the time, so I gave them over a full month before contacting them looking for an update. They said my order would ship in 2-3 weeks from that point, so I acquiesced and waited another month. I contacted them around mid-March and they said it should ship next week. Again, I waited until today -- April 2, 2012 -- to contact them. Now it's "backordered" and they will contact me when it gets there. I have never received a single status update email, etc, from them, just the original order email and... silence! When I call it is clearly an inconvenience to them, as they make no attempt to hide their disdain even though I remain courteous.

I am a principal in a small online business as well. Were we to treat our customers with the level of neglect and disdain that Target Sports USA does theirs, we would be out of business, and deservedly so.

I am one of those who actually enjoys writing favorable reviews for companies that provide a positive buying experience. I am not a big fan of axe-grinding as it can easily damage a reputation where it might just be a misunderstanding or the occasional hiccup. However, there is a clear trend with TSUSA that has manifested itself over the long term, and many negative reviews.

In short, Target Sports USA does not deserve your business as they have demonstrated their lack of ability to support the customers they already have. GRADE = FAIL."

"I bought 6 boxes of .40 cal ammo from them on March 19th. The next day I received an email stating that my order was processed and ready to ship. It also says it could take 2-3 business days to leave the warehouse. I was supplied with a FedEx tracking number on the 20th. I waited until the 26th to question the whereabouts of my package. I received an email response that day that the package had shipped the day before and I should see some activity that evening. I didn't see any then or today on the 27th. The package status still shows that it has not been picked up from them which means it has not shipped. I have ordered enough things online and through FedEx to know that it would have at least been scanned at the carrier facility by now if it had shipped so I don't know what's going on. "

"Horrible. They advertised a case of 200 rounds of 308 Remington on their website. I ordered three (600 rounds) and they only shipped 60 rounds. So I paid over $2/round for mid-grade ammo. The customer service rep was belligerent and claimed they were updating the website JUST as I placed the order. Terrible company."

"After having spent a few minutes researching TARGET SPORTS USA online, only a fool would order from them. I wish I had done so before I ordered ammunition from them.

In attempting to order bulk ammunition from TARGET SPORTS USA, I called BEFORE I placed my order online and was told that the item I wanted was IN STOCK, so I placed my order. After a couple weeks of waiting, I called again to make sure my item was actually in stock. Again, I was told that my item was IN STOCK and that it was just taking time to process their large volume of orders. Now, over 2 MONTHS after having placed my order, I called and was told my item is backordered with no release date. It was obviously NEVER IN STOCK to begin with. The person I spoke to this time, BRITTANY, was very snotty and rude from the beginning of the call. BRITTANY said she is the customer service manager, yet she provided about the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. She refused access to, or to identify her supervisor, saying she does not have a supervisor. Now, over 2 months AFTER VERIFYING STOCK, THEN PLACING MY ORDER, it is going to be far more difficult to find this ammunition than it would have been 2 months ago when I placed the order.

THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DECEIVES CUSTOMERS AS A MATTER OF PRACTICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!"

"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY FAR AWAY. I ordered $200.00 woth of ammo on 1/18/13 and had not hear from them since. I called on 3/7/13 only two speak to two utterly rude service people who both hung up on me before any issues were resolved. One person who when I asked to speak to a manager claimed to be the owner Doug mocked me and repeated my questions back to me like a five year old child. He also told me thay were so busy my order was "not his concern at this time". At the time of purchase the website said the items were in stock and my card was charged. Apperently the "owner" got pissed at me when I asked if they were basically charging people for what they hope to have in stock soon, because it isn't really in stock. After i got him to calm down and act like an adult I confirmed that he was putting together my order(with substitutions) and shipping it out to me and hopefully its correct. I will never do business with this company again. I can only imagine how other customers who spend their hard earned cash are treated. Also I will spred the word to all my fellow shooters and club members to stay away, and use a company that treats people with respect. "

"KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!!!! Will not respond to e-mail. I order on 1/1/13 some 9mm and only 200 rounds and here it is 3/1/13 and no ammo. And like most people on this site they charged my creit card as soon as they could. BAD COMPANY

"I ordered my "in stock" ammo on jan 17th, 2013. They charged my credit card on the 30th. Last week they told me it would be around March 19th before my ammo was in. In thought it was "in stock" when I bought it. The customer service girls are clueless to what is going on. They refunded my money and said they would put it in the backorder pile and call me when it came in. Their comments on their website said the only sell what is instock. That is total BS. I ordered from SGAmmo.com and received it in 3 days. I would stay way away from these guys unless you want your blood pressure to go up."

"I ordered 500 rounds of .223 ammunition on 12-21-2012, it was listed as being in stock. It is now 02-15-2013 and I have not received my order. They DID somehow find the time to charge my credit card. I have sent numerous emails asking for my order status but they have not answered. All I can do at this point is call my credit card company and report a case of fraud."

"Well I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt but now after waiting six weeks for them to ship an item that is "IN STOCK" to now be told it is not in stock is bs."

"I placed an order for 1000 rds of 9mm on 1/16/2013 and received it on 1/31/2013. After placing the order I read a number of reviews and a watched a video and was skeptical about having placed the order. Due to the reported time in processing the order and delivery, I expected it to arrive in March, 2013.

I was pleased with the service and delivery and will order from them in the future."
