reply posted Mar-22-2013 “Customer ordered on Friday after closing, earliest ship date possible was the following Monday, item slightly delayed and shipped on Wednesday. Ordered needed to travel to the west coast from our warehouse in NY to their offices in CA. FedEx scans at origin and does not update their tracking until it reaches the local terminal on the West Coast. Order has been delivered safely and accurately.
We were experiencing some phone and fax issues for a few days, that has since been resolved with our local phone company.
We are sorry if we let you down, please give us another chance to show you how good we really are. Most orders are shipped the same day as placed and arrive in 1 - 3 business days - this is certainly the BIG EXCEPTION, and we are truly sorry we dropped the ball on this order.
