"Professional and expeditious service. Purchased two replacement black cartridges for my Lexmark printer. Regular price for a single cartridge is $35.00 and up. The total cost for the two I purchased from PrintPal was $43.90 which included free USPS Priority mail shipping, WOW! Cartridges are remanufactured from the original manufacturer. Same quality and performance at a fraction of the price from retail. This is a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and save money. Thanks & Aloha PrintPal!"

"Fast delivery, excellent price on HP 932C Injket cartridges (2 black, 1 color). It'll be a while before I actually need to install/use them but the order was filled fast and arrived in good condition.

"I got an ad from them in my email, saw VERY low prices on generic cartriges, so I took the chance. I looked on this site first and saw some poor comments, but figured I'd risk the 15 bucks. It took a while, but the cartriges came on or around the 19th. I bought a color and black cartrige for a Canon BJC-2010. I only needed the black so far, and I haven't had any problems."

"Despite the negative postings, I believe the word of mouth above all else. My boss had used PrintPal in the past and is a loyal customer. Now, I will be one as well.
Ordered a two pack of 45's for my HP712 (recycled) and an OEM 57 for my Photosmart 7350. Both cartridges work flawlessly.
I placed the order on September 2nd 2003. I got them today at lunch.

I recommend PrintPal Highly."

"we just opened our recycled b/w cartridge. was
very impressed with the professional package, was
as good or better than the original. there was no
mess or fuss. can't tell any difference in quality from the the original. thank you. we'll be back! also, the delivery was much, much faster than anticipated."

"Canon S820: Ordered all the cartridges and an extra black for $32, shipping included. VERY quick shipping. Ordered Thursday and received Tuesday. I have only put the black cartridge in so far, and it looks and works fine."

"Ordered two black and one color reman HP cartridges on 3/13/04. On 3/19, emailed to check status. Literally responded in 20 minutes to tell me warehouse had been busy, order went out on 3/18. On 3/20, received order via USPS Priority Mail, postmarked 3/18. Not too bad going from OR to NY. Website states allow 4-7 business days. I ordered on a Saturday, received following Saturday. Acceptable. Price for three cartridges was barely more than one factory HP color cartridge. Excellent. Have used both the color and one black cartridge with no problems.
Print quality is good, especially for web printing and such, and considering price. Others have expressed dislike of photo quality, but that is to be expected for reman/non HP. All in all, a positive experience, despite many poor ratings here."

"I was happy with their service. Ordered 3 different types of printer cartridges from them.
1 for an HP officejet 350, 2 for epson color 440.
They have very cheap prices. All the cartridges worked. Delivery time was about 7days, free shipping. No complaints. I will use them again.

I did see they have a lot of negative reviews.
I did not have any problems, so I don't know what they are like in resolving customer disputes.
Also, maybe their ink quality is not the best, I have a very old printer, so I could not tell what was exactly wrong, but I think it is the printer.
Their prices are sooooo cheap, I don't really care. My printing needs don't have to be of great quality, if they did, then I would be using my laser printer."

"I have ordered from Printpal several times.(OEM & compatible cartridges) I have never had a problem. Price & shipping was good. I always use their 10% discount coupon which makes their pricing even more competitive. I have never experienced credit usage problems. I even called Printpal to discuss the negative reviews. Their explanation seemed reasonable.So far so good!"
