The \u0027compatible\u0027 cartidges are 1\/8\u0022 too small in length and width and so do not click in, but rather slide back and forth. Print Country is convinced they are the right ones, but there is no way. They are just going by numbers on boxes. So, after sending several emails answering questions for them, they politely inform that anything opened is not returnable (I had to open it to see if it would fit), which is fine, but since I couldn\u0027t prove there is a problem, I can\u0027t return any of the rest either (I ordered about a dozen).
