ordered and received a refilled cartridge - it didn't work - printer didn't see the cartridge - worked through their troubleshooting routines - no luck - they would replace the defective cartridge but I would have to pay all postage! - when you figure the cost of the postage - original shipment, send the defective unit back and pay postage on the new unit - it adds up to more than the cost of the cartridge. they sent a defective cartridge - it shouldn't cost me anything additional to have that cartridge replaced....

I ordered an inkjet refill on 12/6/2008. It shipped on 1/15/2009, over 1 month later. I never got any confirmation e-mail from them about either the purchase OR the shipping. Pathetic.

Item was on backorder. Backorder notice was sent on 12/9/2008 11:23:30 AM. Order status was visible online, and the order has not been canceled. The order was fulfilled as soon as the item became available. We apologize for the delay. |

I ordered a reconditioned Sharp toner cartridge, UX-400ND, and they shipped it to me. After installing it, I began getting a black vertical band about two inches wide down the middle of each page when it prints. I took it out and cleaned it one time, but it came right back. Many faxes I receive are unreadable.
I contacted them and let them know about 60 days after receiving it. I didn't install it immediately, then I tried cleaning it once, so this explains the delay. They refused to exchange it for a new cartridge. The one I have now is worthless and a complete waste of money.
I rate them as a zero because of this and advise people not to order from them. This review was modified by its author, nickerryan, on

I bought 2(1 black + 1 color) cartridges. I received the item fast ( Next Day Shipping). Prices are set pretty reasonable price. I haven't had a change to see their customer service, because i did not need it, got the cartridges, installed them and thats it, that easy.
If the cartridges do not last as they need to, i will come back and edit the comment, yet i still have high hopes for this cartridge

I have to edit my previous comments with regard to my on-going issues with my incompleted order and the difficults I had with PrintCountry in getting some resolution.
The gentlman who handled my order when I first called him gave me to understand that everything was under controll and the missing ink cartridge would be sent. A week later I once again called and PrintCountry (Corp Accounts remember* previous comments don't leave phone messages)was once again on the other end. He was soulful about the situation and could have easily given me a snow job but he didn't. He told me to hang in there-the his industry was having a hard time but he would get me the missing cartridge.
THE MISSING CARTRIDGE CAME PRIORITY MAIL TODAY.

EXCELLENT SERVICE . Ordered the ink at thursday and received on monday. They really ship same day as the website says. The ink brand is G & G and it lasts more than the other compatible ink cartridges. I think you can find the same brand at other online stores but the reason I chose the printcountry is that they gave a good discount.I'm very satisfied.

I would definitely RECOMMEND this company. I ordered the ink cartridge for my canon printer couple times and I have no problem with product. Last time I order on 12/4/07 and received my package on 12/7/07. It was like super fast shipping and I didn't pay penny for shipping. Thanks printcountry, good business...

Purchased an ink cartridge in August 2005. When I installed the cartridge in April 2006 (well within the expiration time), it refused to work.
The company refused to do anything about the non-working print cartridge, because it was more than six months after I had purchased the cartridge. While this may sound reasonable, it isn't. I always try to have a spare print cartridge on hand. It just happened that the then current cartridge didn't run out of ink till last week.
There are a lot of companies that sell refills.
Stay away from PRINTCOUNTRY.COM.
They are not ethical.

I would NEVER recommend this company, ever. I ordered a part on 2/10/06, didn't hear anything until apparently 2/20/06 they sent me an email saying it was backordered, here I am, 3/20/06, a month after it was said to be backordered, didn't hear anything. So I call the company and the guy not only tells me to cancel my order, but doesn't even try to help/convince me to keep my buisness with print country, he simply agrees when I say they are horrible and I will never do buisness with them again. Are you serious?!!! BUYER BEWARE.
