Proceed ed to upsell and charge a large amount for insurance and shipping. Should have cancelled then. Another 5 days go by and no shipping notification . Called, on hold for 15 min. , finally told emails are in my junk box-- wrong, of course they weren't. Also told the camera was at the warehouse so they could not provide a shipping tracking number but I would have one soon as camera was to go out ( or had gone out) that day. Again nothing for several days and ready to call and cancel when receive a tracking notification. Camera finally arrives on may 11 (originally ordered 4\/9). Camera is NOT in factory packaging and there is no warranty card!! I' be been lied to and sold a product that was not as advertised.
