"I had mixed results with Pricego.com... I didn't see a shipping address, only a billing address, when I placed my order. I didn't see a notice that said "we only ship to billing addresses." Maybe it was there... I just didn't see it.
I sent a email asking to change the shipping. The response (within about 12 hours) said they were out of stock and did I have a 2nd choice. I was pleased with their rapid response and their desire to keep my sale, but it was just bad luck that they didn't have the specific model I needed.
I will give them another chance if the need arises because I felt like they were very responsive. "
"I was disappointed that I did not receive a notification that my items were on back order due to not having the colors in stock. When I checked on the website I found a tracking number which I thought meant they had been shipped. I went to the post office to be certain they had not been lost or returned. I attempted to track this on the USPS website as well as yours but was unable to find good information. After e-mailing and requesting a refund the colors became available. I have not yet received them but hope when they arrive they are what I ordered."
