"I ordered what I thought was a Microsoft XBox 250 GB HD on March 23, 2010. I received an email on the 29th that said my order had shipped on the 24th. I was charged $9.95 for 2-5 days shipping. The item was actually not shipped until the 29th and I received it on March 31, 2010. Longer than 5 days that I paid for. It turns out that this HD is a knock-off. It is not made by Microsoft. I called Microsoft and explained to them what I had purchased and they advised me not to install it on my XBox. I went on the XBox forum and was advised that a Non-Microsoft HD could get my console banned from XBox Live. I immediately called BuySpot.Org and requested an RMA. I packed the drive up and sent it back via USPS on April 1, 2010. BuySpot received the HD on April 3, 2010. Today is May 20, 2010 and I have yet to receive a refund of my money. On April 19, 2010 I sent them an email asking when I could expect a refund and they never responded, except to email me that they had received my email. I have asked my credit card company to void the purchase. "

"This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! They sent me the wrong item. Never answered the phones when i would try to call. Still have not issued me an RA#. I never got the correct item and had to file a complaint with the BBB. I highly recommend you to stay away from this company!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered an MP3 player and they sent it to me. The MP3 player would not turn on. I was given a RMA number 15559. I returned it and they sent me back the defective MP3 player."

"Been waiting just over 2 weeks for my order. Have not received my item, an email saying anything was shipped or why it is delayed. Left a message on the pages live chat asking what was going on with my order. Got a confirmation email saying my message was received. Have not gotten a response yet. A dispute has been filed with my credit card company. When I get my money back I will be buying from a more reputable company. I wish I had checked all of these reviews first. The one time I don't and this is what happens. Steer clear of this company. If you click half the links on the bottom of their page regarding policies and returning items they don't even work. Seems like a complete fraud to me."

"I am very dissappointed with my order. The Blackberry Curve was supposed to have been unlocked and was not. I had to pay $37 to a third party for unlock codes on an emergency basis and PriceGo did not even respond to requests for reimbursement of these charges!"

"DO NOT order from this company! I have already sent a complaint to BBB of Ny on them. They say that they will usually ship same day if ordered before 3pm est. Well, I ordered first thing in the morning..rec'vd a tracking number same day...well, 3 days later still nothing had updated on tracking number. Tried to call them at their "customer support" line. No one ever answers the phone. Had to leave a vm. Someone called me back the same day and told me that it had shipped that day. In the meantime as I was waiting on them to call me back I did a chat on their website with one of their customer service people. He told me a different story and said that it had left the day before and to check the tracking number after 7pm which I did...looked the exact same that it had not even left their facility. Well, the next day tried calling again, lvm again..no call back..did the chat again, told him that I wanted my money back and not to even worry about shipping it..well, then he provides me with a different tracking number and said that it had already left..did the tracking number...the package was going to VA and I live in AR. So, he tried to give me a false number to make me happy..I confronted him about it and he says oh im sorry let me try to intercept that package since it is going to the wrong place, RIGHT. I tell him to intercept it back to their facility and give me my money back. He finally says ok, i have submitted it to the return dept and you will see a credit in 3-5 days. Well, then the next day I get another email from them with another tracking number on it...so, a week later they finally got it right and sent it out to the right place after they already told me that they were going to return my money. They do not know what they are doing and I dont think that they wouldve ever even sent it out if I hadnt bugged them everyday and I even threatend to call the Brooklyn police dept to have their website investigated then the next day the ship it..whatever..please dont do business with this co..google them..I wish i wouldve before I ordered from them...horrible reviews...CROOKS!!!"

"Based upon their misleading advertising of pictures of an Apple Shuffle look-a-like next to actual Apple iPod products, I ordered and received an unacceptable knockoff. When I tried over a dozen times via e-mail and phone calls to get a refund or even an RMA number to return the unsatisfactory product all of my contact attempts went unanswered. They offer no customer service in my opinion plan to exploit any customer given any opportunity. Save your money and deal elsewhere."

"My order was "supposedly" "not finished".Therefore I was told that it would ship right out UPS and arrive Thursday May 20. This was GUARANTEED (the gentleman told me this, because I wanted to use them for a gift)!!!!! Its now 9:00 p.m.-NO PACKAGE! There is NO EXCUSE for this. This is the second time for the same order! ** Its now 22 days later & I still dont have my merchandise.They wont credit my account! I was told to refuse it then they will credit me. How can I refuse something that I dont have due to their negligence? And I STILL DONT HAVE IT! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!*** 5/26 received my order-NEVER will I deal with these people again! They DON'T care.Poor customer service."
