I mistakenly ordered two of the same item, and recieved a call the next morning from Matt at Pricefalls, asking if i intended to purchase two. I really hadn\u0027t, and the extra effort by the customer service staff at pricefalls is extremely appreciated. I can\u0027t comment on each vendor\/merchant that sells through this site, but if you do your homework on the actual store in possession of the item(s) you\u0027re interested in, pricefalls can save you some money. In my case it was just shipping costs, as the vendor had the item on their website as well, with an additional $8 of S&H. Thats almost 20% off my purchase. The internet is not the place for impulse buys, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, if you can shop online, you can use google i would hope. "The website design was less than average in ease of use. The speed in which my 'in-stock' order was processed was unacceptable. It took 5 days to put a shipping label on the one product box. I get better shipping speed from an average joe on eBay. Although I received a response quickly to my customer support email, their response was very apathetic, blaming me for my impatience. Oh, if you want tracking information, you will need to contact customer support."
