"I had a double decker bus tour around London earlier this month. I was very impressed with Premium Tours customer service. A week before the tour they were able to switch days for me without a problem, and their pick-up service made sure that everyone who bought a ticket got on the bus. Our guide, Jane, was lovely and gave us a great tour! Cheers!"
