Components consisted of:<br><br>1. Western Digital SATA Secure connect cable<br><br>2. Western Digital 74GB SATA Raptor HD<br><br>3. Intel Pentium 4 660 CPU<br><br>4. Antec Truepower 2 550W Power Supply<br><br>5. Panasonic 1.44MB Floppy drive<br><br><br>After completing the ordering process, I instantly recieved an e-mail confirming my order. The e-mail only had an order number and did not list the items I had just purchased. On September 20, I recieved another e-mail stating that my order had shipped and thanked me for my business. The e-mail also contained a tracking number and was being shipped by UPS. On September 21, around 6:00 pm, I recieved my package. All items were packed together in one cardboard box. The packing material consisted of crumpled up newspaper and broken pieces of styrofoam. The components were very secure as the packing material did a good job of preventing anything from moving around. The box contaning the Intel CPU sustained minor damage, but this was purly cosmetic as the contents inside had no damage.<br><br>Overall, I am very satisfed with my experience with Premier Computer Canada. There prices were the cheapest in my particular situation, and considering that two of the components were \u0022Special Order\u0022, I find the length of time between ordering and recieving my parts reasonable. My only gripe is that the order confirmation e-mail should have included an invoice of the parts I ordered as well as the cost of the items purely for personal records. You do have an opportunity to print off a printer friendly copy of you order after you finish placing the order for your records, so it isn\u0027t a major concern...but it would be nice if it was E-mailed too.<br><br>I would recommend this E-tailer to all interested in purchasing Computer components.","link":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/Premier_Computer_Canada\/comment\/222473#comment222473","store_thumb":"http:\/\/www.resellerratings.com\/store\/thumbnail\/Premier_Computer_Canada.jpg","store_name":"PC Canada Inc.","username":"Xyphur","rating":"5"}, "single");)

The store shipped out the memory as soon as they received it and I got the package the next day. I ordered 1 CPU, 2 mboards and 2 hard drives about 4 years ago and received the products very quickly. The only thing I would like to see if for their confirmation email to show the items ordered and price but not a major issue.<br><br>Their prices in general are competitive. Like most stores, some items are the cheapest and some not. Corsair ram is selling for the lowest I\u0027ve seen anywhere in Canada. This was no problem, they just billed me the difference for a better case.<br><br>They respond quickly to all emails I sent, and were very helpful.<br><br>My order was delayed by about a week because they didn\u0027t have my memory in stock, which was not their fault. "Their choice isn't as large as other stores, but they have really good deals on stuff I could hardly find anywhere else before. One box came kinked a bit, but I can't blame them, it's happened before with UPS, but they've got this awesome shipping speed; the 1st package I've ordered from them was a server tower, and it took 2 days to get here, and the last one was a HDD, ordered around noon, and it's traveled about 2000 km overnight, and I've received it the next morning at 10 AM with no super-expensive shipping charges, just the regular ones like other shops."
