I ordered a motherboard, a sound card, a power supply, a case and a video card. The video card was not in stock at the moment of my order but they provided me regular updates on my order status (on their website and by e-mail).
They shipped my order as soon as they received the video card and when I received it everything I ordered was in the box. I live in Quebec and they even provided me french instructions in case of defective products.
I really appreciated my buying experience at Premier Computer Canada.

I ordered computer components on Thursday morning. It took only 24 hours before receiving my kit. Everything was as ordered. The packaging was very good. All in all, it was a great shopping experience. And the prices were amazing! I will definitely buy from Premier Computer Canada again!

On September 14, I placed an order at PCC valued at over $1000 dollars. Components consisted of:
1. Western Digital SATA Secure connect cable
2. Western Digital 74GB SATA Raptor HD
3. Intel Pentium 4 660 CPU
4. Antec Truepower 2 550W Power Supply
5. Panasonic 1.44MB Floppy drive
After completing the ordering process, I instantly recieved an e-mail confirming my order. The e-mail only had an order number and did not list the items I had just purchased. On September 20, I recieved another e-mail stating that my order had shipped and thanked me for my business. The e-mail also contained a tracking number and was being shipped by UPS. On September 21, around 6:00 pm, I recieved my package. All items were packed together in one cardboard box. The packing material consisted of crumpled up newspaper and broken pieces of styrofoam. The components were very secure as the packing material did a good job of preventing anything from moving around. The box contaning the Intel CPU sustained minor damage, but this was purly cosmetic as the contents inside had no damage.
Overall, I am very satisfed with my experience with Premier Computer Canada. There prices were the cheapest in my particular situation, and considering that two of the components were "Special Order", I find the length of time between ordering and recieving my parts reasonable. My only gripe is that the order confirmation e-mail should have included an invoice of the parts I ordered as well as the cost of the items purely for personal records. You do have an opportunity to print off a printer friendly copy of you order after you finish placing the order for your records, so it isn't a major concern...but it would be nice if it was E-mailed too.
I would recommend this E-tailer to all interested in purchasing Computer components. This review was modified by its author, Xyphur, on

PCCanada not only has the best prices in canada, they also have the best service. I have been purchasing from them for about 3 years and have only priase to give them. All my parcels have arrived within 2 days of ordering and anytime I have called they are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Recently ordered a pair of Corsair TwinX ram from them. Had to wait a few days because they were a special order. The store shipped out the memory as soon as they received it and I got the package the next day. I ordered 1 CPU, 2 mboards and 2 hard drives about 4 years ago and received the products very quickly. The only thing I would like to see if for their confirmation email to show the items ordered and price but not a major issue.
Their prices in general are competitive. Like most stores, some items are the cheapest and some not. Corsair ram is selling for the lowest I've seen anywhere in Canada. No one came close to what I paid.
I highly recommend this store.

I ordered over $2000 in parts to build a new computer from their website. After I placed my order, and after they billed me, I wanted to make a change. This was no problem, they just billed me the difference for a better case.
They respond quickly to all emails I sent, and were very helpful.
My order was delayed by about a week because they didn't have my memory in stock, which was not their fault. Once that came in, I had my order in a couple of days.
This place has excelent prices, and I will be doing all my future shopping there.

Bought a DVD writer, a plextor 708A. The unit died 2 weeks after I got it. I asked by email for an RMA. I got the number the next day. I shipped the product right away. I received the replacement 2 days later. Fast and courteous service. I am very pleased.

As most Gamers and Modders know, it is a constant struggle to buy the latest goodies, and balance the checkbook at the same time. So, we are always looking for the best selection, at the best prices. But, Once we find our Holy Grail of PC stores, we settle down like a good marriage and buy till our hearts content... or we're broke.. Whichever comes first. Well, Premier Computer Canada is the store for me.
When I made my most recent order, I thought I had hit the jackpot! A Vantec Stealth 520W Power Supply for $139.99 CDN. As I was accustomed to from my previous orders, the Power Supply was shipped the same day, and was at my doorstep in 48Hours.
Like all my previous dealings with Premier Computer Canada, the selection was excellent, the priceses were unbeatable, and the shipping was top notch.
I would, and will defiantly purchase from them again.

I've made a total of three orders with Premier Computer Canada. Everyone has been a great experience. I've found quality components at a great price. I had a problem with the Sony burner I ordered from them, he died after a few weeks of use. I've asked and obtained an RMA and my drive was replaced as soon as they received it. All the process has been done in the same week, great service!

Truly a great Canadian reseller. No hassle on returns/exchanges if product is defective or not exactly working the way you expected.
I've dealt with them for at least 3 or so years and have never had a problem. Very knowledgable and courteous staff.

PC Canada is an undiscovered gem. I have ordered close to $20,000.00 worth of equipment from them over the last two years without a hitch. Order has always been correct, on time and very well packaged.
Their customer service is second to none. I had a hard drive die months after I bought it. Called them up without and invoice (someone in our office lost it) and explained the situation. They looked up my order for me and replaced the drive no questions asked.
I can’t say enough about these people and their prices are usually the same as or cheaper than our wholesalers.
Take care,
LT.

They quickly responded to email questions about video cards. I ordered without problems over the web and the card arrived the day after it was shipped. Great inflated-plastic packaging in a cardboard box-- never seen that before.
I had some technical questions where I thought there might be a problem with the card. Got several rapid responses to my questions and they promptly offered to take back the card/test it. I discovered the issue was my own software and resolved it and let them know and they were very nice about the whole thing. (it was an issue specific to the Splinter Cell PC demo and anti-aliasing... most stores would tell me to get lost!)
Best service I've got from a computer store, large or small. Never thought I'd ever buy mail order but.... saved money over prices at local stores (about $50 even after you account for shipping) and am happy. Normally I would prefer to be kicked in the head than register with my email and everything to leave a comment like this but hey, these guys are cool.
