"As with other users, I wish I had read these before ordering. I received my snow plow damaged. It had little to no packaging in it so I wasn't the slightest bit surprised that if UPS had dropped it, due to the weight, it would be damaged. Contacted the seller. Received initial response stating that UPS would pick it up. If a refund was issued to them by UPS, they would credit me. UPS took 5 days to pick the package up. Seller discontinued communicating with me when I asked the tough questions:1. When will it be replaced2. What is your policy on damaged goods3. Please clarify "if"Simply put....spend the extra with a seller that's concerned about your business, exhibits a sense of urgency & responds to your concerns. I still have not received a response. I finally had to call UPS to see when they planned to pick this package up & still waiting on refund or whatever is next."
"I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from Powersport Superstore. I ordered a simple innertube from them and after 3 days it hadn't yet shipped I called them and was told it takes them up to 4 days to process an order. I complained a bit and the guy on the phone could care less. Poor customer service and very slow processing/shippingI'm going to purposely avoid this company in the future."
"I ordered an exhaust kit for my Goldwing through Amazon.com. The kit actually came through Powersport Superstore. I ordered Rush exhaust 82105-250-PKG. The kit was advertised to include the exhaust pipes, baffles, and exhaust tips. When I received the order, it was short the exhaust tips. I called Powersports Superstore and after a bunch of hem hawing around they told me the tips were not included. I called Rush and they said the tips were included in the package they sell under that part number. What happened to the tips? (Most like scabbed out and sold on ebay or????)Found out Powersport Superstore is advertising that you get the tips, but in essence you are not. You are getting kit 82105-250. They misrepresented themselves . I confronted them and they did nothing to fix the problem.All they did was tie up my money and waste my time. Have now discovered several threads where they have tried to cheat a number of bike riders with the same or similar practices.I can say after all the hassle I went through, I ended up ordering the kit through Westend Powersports and they did me a solid. Save yourself some time, energy, and aggravation. Stay clear of Powersport Superstore and check with Westend. "
"Horrible experience... First they never sent us an email or invoice number... etc. Then, we never received the product. I later found out that they were "unable" to deliver the product to us (supposedly), so they just cancelled the order completely and charged us a 20% restocking fee. I called customer service twice and they both explained that they couldn't refund the full amount, even though I never received the product.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.... will never do business with them again."
"They are a complete fraud of a company. Had an order that was packaged wrong which caused a defect after 30 days and they refuse to refund or replace...stay far away from these people . period."
"the powersport always came with a excuses because they dont have the merchandise and they show that they have and i wait for the deliver and never happened, after some days i receive a email asking for sorry because they dont have it. is not the first time the powersport does that, promote product and dont deliver bcse they dont have is like they are messuring the water to see if they buy the merchandise in the first place. i'm very disappointed bcse they dont want to solve the problem. i call the costumer services and i spoke with mr. wes, he didnt help me at all . he just want cancel the order, or he want me to wait until december 11 to deliver the merchandise. first of all, i dont believe they will send the merchandise to me on dec. 11, bcse they dont care. this time i didnt cancel my order, bcse last time this is happened the same way and i cancel the order, but now i dont want cancel. please if some one can help me from amazon bcse this order is from amazon prime and i know you guys can help me out with powersport. tks."
"Worst experience I have ever had with a company! First, the voltage regulator I bought was broken when I received it, tested the diodes, so I return it like anyone would. I ended up having to pay for return shipping even though they said it was covered in the policy. I waited 14 days and I finally emailed them asking about my return, they said they didn't even know I returned the item, and according to my tracking they had received it 5 days prior to that email. So I waited a few more days, and emailed them again, same thing! They are lazy liars over there, very unprofessional. Finally I called them and talked to someone, and it turns out they did not accept my request for a return or refund and they were shipping the broken regulator back to me. Never do business with this company, they do not care about their customers, so save yourself some time, money, and a headache and avoid this company at all costs."
" They are lazy liars. I ordered a Moose number plate pack that blew a seam after 3 rides. It took me 3 phone calls to get a return authorisation. They then sent the pack back to me denying the return telling me that the damage was normal wear and tear, AND that they had a Moose factory rep on hand to personally deny the warranty, which was a LIE! I contacted Moose directly, told them of my experience, sent them pictures, and they are sending me a new pack. Screw Powersport Superstore.com!"
"I'm pissed. I ordered a 3 in 1 truing stand on July 25 with this company using Amazon. I paid for it and the shipping cost using my credit card. I received an email a short time later stating delivery would be between Aug. 1-11. No problem.On August 26 I still had not received the item. I thought having my delivery address in Canada could cause some delivery time issues due to border processing. I sent an email to them and their response was it had not been sent because they needed another $46 for shipping. I couldn't give a fuck about the extra cost. What pisses me off more is, in four weeks, no one contacted me about the extra money needed to ship to Canada. The sarcasm in the responding emails was not necessary and that is prompting me to write this review.DON'T BUY FROM POWERSPORT SUPERSTORE!!!!!!"
"Only after placing my order with PowerSport Superstore did I read some of these reviews. It made me nervous enough to seriously consider canceling my order and finding the parts I needed somewhere else. I actually called customer service to cancel my order only to find out that it had shipped that morning. The correct parts arrived in a couple of days. So, while some of the previous folks may have had some bad experiences with this company, my personal experience was very good. I would and will order from them again."
"After placing my order, I found this site with all of the negative reviews. I almost called to cancel my order, but decided to take a chance. I ordered 3 items from 3 separate vendors on a Friday and selected the same shipping option for each. I received 2 of the 3 items by the following Thursday (8/21), which is when I was notified that Powersport Superstore shipped my item to me.The items that arrived were exactly as described, correct size, and packed well enough for shipment. Nothing "above and beyond" about this order, but I didn't have the horror stories that others mentioned on this site.In short, it took longer to receive the item than I anticipated, but only by a couple of days. I feel that the extra couple day wait was well worth the $20 I saved by shopping here as I didn't have to have the items to meet a deadline. Hope it helps."
"This store is a SCAM. I ordered a 2 pack of valve Cutoff (coast Richeners) and a 6 pack float needles for my bike. I took screenshots of the items just in case. When the order finally arrived I had only 1 of each. When i went back online they had changed the items and item descriptions AFTER I had placed the order. When i contacted them about it they said that the items had typos so they changed them and that the pictures (which showed 2 and 6) were also incorrect and that they. They literally changed AGAIN and WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE. I had the pages up before calling them and then while on the phone the website changed. They refused to honor the order and made absolutely no attempt to fix the issue or salvage me as a customer. Unless you like burning money avoid this store at all cost."
"Worst company ever. I just addressed this letter to their customer service department.I would like to complain about the poor customer service at your store. I ordered an item from you on Tuesday August 12, 2014. I paid an additional shipping fee to have the item sent overnight. Today, Thursday, August 14, 2014 I called your store as I still had not received the item nor received a tracking number.The customer service clerk that answered the phone explained to me that there was an error on your part, the item was not pulled from the warehouse and shipped. He further explained that at this point there was nothing that could be done to correct your mistake. The item would be pulled from the warehouse and shipped standard shipping. I further requested an explanation as to why you couldn't fix your mistake and still ship the time overnight so that I could have it tomorrow. He said that was not possible. I requested to speak to a manager. He stated that was not needed as no one would give me a different answer and no one was available. I requested he take a message and have the manager return my call. He stated he didn't need to do that as there was nothing further a manager could do for me. Unfortunately for me I needed this item by tomorrow, Friday 14th, 2014. I'm extremely dissatisfied with your store and find it hard to believe that you would not try to do anything to correct your mistake and overnight the item purchased. Your customer service rep kept repeating the same information over and over again without trying to correct the situation or allow me to speak to someone else. It would appear that your company must have this problem quite often due to the response I received from your rep.Your customer service rep was to refund my fee for the overnight charges, have the item shipped from the warehouse and I was told I could expect it in a bout a week or so. Due to the fact that I found the the item else where online, it could be shipped today via overnight service I promptly went back to my account to cancel the order so that you didn't ship it and was quite amazed that your customer service rep cancelled by entire order. Lucky for me I decided to pursue other resolutions for receiving the item or I would have been waiting for a week only to find that your rep took it upon himself to cancel my order altogether. Amazon order number - XXXX While I would appreciate a response I am not expecting much from your company at this point due to the customer service level that your company deems acceptable."
"Worst Company On The Planet!!!Placed an order on 8/4. Got a request for a signed credit card authorization on 8/5. Sent it back immediately via fax and email. Got a reply that order was sent to processing. Over a week later my order hadn't been processed. I asked when it would be processed, was told they had no idea. This was a $200 order and I was charged but nobody had a clue as to when or if I'd receive my item. Cancelled the order and they said they refunded the money but my credit card says otherwise. They lied in responses to a BBB complaint as well. DO NOT GO THROUGH WHAT SO MANY HAVE GONE THROUGH WITH THESE CLOWNS. SHOP ELSEWHERE."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered from this company over 20 days ago. I was told I would receive x4 of a product only to receive x1. It clearly stated in the description I would receive what I was promised, but was told by "Matthew" that they would not honor it. If a company messes up and puts the wrong info in the description THEY HONOR IT. This is a sneaky sales tactic to get you to pay them for a product and by the time they have put you through the ringer they expect you just pay it. I have never been more disappointed by a company in my life. And this is the first negative review I have ever written. Thank you powersport superstore for wasting my time."
