"Agree with all of the other reviews. I ordered from the company twice and both times were horrible. The first order took 5 days to even ship and after 2 weeks I finally called and they informed me that the part was "lost in transit", even though I suspect it was never shipped because I was never given a tracking number. It then took another 2 weeks for the part to get to my house.
I gave them a second chance thinking that the first order was just a simple mistake. I was wrong. After 3 days of my order being "processed", I called and they informed me that there was a "problem in the warehouse" and it would be another week until they could get the parts to me.
Never again. I cancelled my order and went to Dennis Kirk. They let me know exactly what parts they had in stock and emailed me shipping confirmation and tracking number a few hours after I ordered.

I have no clue how putting parts in a box and shipping them off seems to be mission impossible for Powersport Superstore. Avoid them at all costs."

"Powersport Superstore is THE WORST experience i have ever had. I was told my order would ship the next day. It took 5 days to process and even get a tracking number. THEN the part was the wrong size. I was told returns would be no problem. It has been 10 days of calling, emailing, being outright lied to and still no return labels. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! After asking for a manager i was told he was out of town. When i did not accept that lie he finally got on the phone."

"I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with these people. One of 2 baffles didn't fit into the pipe. They took forever to "resolve this with the manufacturer" and told me today that there is nothing they could do for me. I sent back the faulty baffle and took the issue to Amazon. We shall see. Update on May 21: they told me they would refund me for the faulty baffle I sent in. Next thing I know the baffle is returned to me: shows signs of use and installation. How am I supposed to find out that the baffle doesn't fit unless I install it. How dumb is that? Stay away from these people!"

"Stay far, far, FAR away this company.

I ordered 2 items on the 14th of April through Amazon (Powersports Superstore was the merchant). They never bothered to include a tracking number. The expected date to receive the items was between the 18th and the 23rd.

A box showed up on April 30th to the wrong address next door, with the correct invoice inside, but instead of the 2 items I ordered, I received 2 drink holders for a motorcycle (I ordered a shield and an air filter). The invoice was even checked and signed off by an employee, dated on 4/22!!!

I received an email on the 23rd asking for feedback.. HAHAHAHA.. really??!!?

After I contacted them TWICE, They refused refund, unless I sent the crap back to them. They said I must wait 3-5 business days for an EMAIL containing the pre-printed return label... which never showed up - and even if it did... I'm not wasting my time.

It's being investigated through Amazon, thankfully.... They need to be shut down. TOTAL SCAM FRONT

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!"

"Although they advertise "Hassle free returns" they only returned 2/3 of the price I paid for a defective product. When I asked for the rest they said there was nothing they would do about it.
This is totally illegal of course - but you's have to take them to federal court to do anything about it"

"Misleading advertising, poor customer service response time, no initiative taken for RMA processing without requesting it.

Uncaring, fraudulent business. Avoid."

"This place is the worst! I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with these unprofessionals! I ordered a windscreen for my bike, received the wrong one in the mail. Immediately called their joke of a customer service line. The first 3 tries, no one answered, and I was greeted with an answering machine that I could not leave a message on (voicemail full). On the fourth try, a "customer service" rep answered that had the hardest time even finding my order on his computer (even after I supplied him with every possible detail). Once he claimed he did find it, he was still quoting back to me someone else's order! Once we were finally on the same page, he said they would be emailing me a return label to send the wrong screen back, and said that that email could take 1 to 5 days!! He also said they would not send me the correct screen until they got the wrong one back from me. Well four days later, the email did arrive, I sent the wrong screen back, and through tracking saw that it arrived back at their store. THIRTEEN days later, I still had no new screen, no status email from the company, no refund, nothing!! Several attempts to call the store back all led to the unanswered phone, and my emails are not being replied to! Horrible!!!!!
I chose this place based on their cheaper prices, but the price I've paid since, has not been worth it!! Hopefully if you are reading this, it is BEFORE you deal with them!!"

"Similar issues as posted on this site. Ordered a set of fork springs on 3/27, item was "processing" for 5 days so I sent an email. Nick replied and said credit card data issue. Called him immediately on 4/2 and provided his requested info. Now it's 4/4, item is still "processing," credit card charge posted on 4/2. Another email to Nick, "sorry for delay...let me know if we can be of further service." Don't buy from them. I don't know if I'll ever get the springs."

"horrible customer service. will never do business again. I ordered an air filter for my 2003 z1000 and was sent one for a 93 zx600e. When i contacted customer service I was told I could at my expense ship the item back to them for a refund. They sent me the wrong item why should I pay shipping? I emailed 3 times with no response after this. Its been two weeks use another vendor whatever you do. "

"I agree with other reviewers and should have read their comments first. I purchased an item through this vendor's Amazon storefront and Powersport Superstore provided the WORST customer service of ANY vendor I've encountered over the course of 500+ items purchased through Amazon in the last few years. My experience in brief
* Product arrived on time, but of such poor quality that it was not safely usable
* Received an email directly from vendor to "ensure that your expectations were fully met," and asking for a 4 or 5 star rating
* I responded to the email explaining my disappointment in the product
* I was asked to return the product, and after indicating that the package was opened, the rep wrote said that he "notated [sic] the order to process a refund when received"
* I returned the product at my own expense
* They shorted me on the refund by docking a TWENTY PERCENT restocking fee and RETROACTIVELY CHARGING for outbound shipping "

"I ordered a pair of motorcycle boots and had to return because the size runs too big. There no hassle return and so called free shipping is a lie. I not only paid for the item to be shipped back I also was not refunded my full amount because they said they had to take the shipping off even though the shipping to me was suppose to be free. It cost me 27 dollars altogether to ship back an item that they would not exchange for a different size. "

"Any lawyers on this site, please consider your opportunity to make a case against these scam artists and their return policy. This has, by far, been the worst experience I've had in the entirety of my online purchases. They are corrupt and crooked and deserve to be taken out of business. My next stop is the better business bureau. My story: They sold me a windshield for my Harley via Amazon which was displayed as an opaque black appearance. It was no darker than a clear drinking glass so I shipped it back. They refunded me only 60% ($33.61 of $55.19) windshield because apparently I owed a restocking fee of 20% - the math is they took 40%. As fuming as that is, I talked to Nick from customer service who had the nerve to tell me that they did a refund because I got the correct windshield via part number; I then said if that is the case then the item was falsely advertised on Amazon. It was explained that the vendor provides the pictures of the item so it's not their fault. Lawsuit in progress....Stay away from these crooks."

"POWERSPORT SUPERSTORE is a joke. They are quite happy to take your money but shipping just does not happen. Customer service is non-existent. They do not deserve to be in business. No response to your e-mails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POWERSPORT SUPERSTORE. When I phoned them I was told if I did not like it I can cancel the order and they would refund my money. That is an insult. Judging by various forums a refund from them is also unlikely. Your money would be put to better use if you wiped your bum with it."

"I ordered a battery from this store that had a manufacturer warranty of 3 years. After 3 months, the thing was crap and I went to return the battery (suppose to be high-performance, caused more headaches than anything). Powersport would only offer me a new battery, which I didn't need because I had brought my bike to my mechanic who put a new battery in for me that actually worked properly. They denied me a refund (this battery is twice as much as the other liquid batteries that use acid) and also denied me a credit towards other merchandise, even after I told them I would most likely be spending more money had they given me a credit. All around really poor customer service, their internet site is impossible to navigate and just a bad retail outlet. Will not be shopping with them again."

"Horrible customer service, evades questions then does nothing to help customer. FedEx did not deliver my order as promised but Powersport would do nothing to help address the issue. It also refused to file with FedEx to refund shipping charges even though FedEx told me it would refund then, but the shipper not the receiver has to start the process. My last order from Powersport..."
