When I got my laptop it worked great but there was a dead pixel. I called, and chose to have a new screen sent to me instead of losing a couple weeks sending it back. Now with that fiasco over, I decided to give PowerNotebooks a shot. WOW!!! Night and day difference. Courteous and friendly customer service. A sales rep that said "You are building too much for your needs" and he was right. He talked me DOWN on certain features that, after a LENGTHY discussion, I saw were unneeded. I did my homework. I looked things up as I talked to him. He wasn't lying. So we got a build that I loved and cost a LOT less than with that "other" company. Well they offered only Priority shipping to APO (I am military overseas). I knew that would take close to a month to get to me. I asked if they could use Express shipping. Next day I was told they could for $50 more...which is about right. Then I saw I got a discount on something that was missed...so I ended up paying nothing extra. In a week...I had the system. Guess what? Unlike the "other" company...this one fired right up! So I waited...I put it through MY OWN stress test. It is flawless. It cuts the newest games on highest settings like a hot knife through butter.<br><br>I am telling EVERYONE to go to this company now. I am hard to please, and I couldn't be happier.
