I was extremely happy to find out that Poster gods had finally got the post of Adam Lambert Rolling Stones Cover, but was sadly disappointed when it arrived and the cardboard tube had been crushed and twisted..thus leaving my poster completely mangled.. Not to knock the service as they were very helpful with letting know me about why my order was taking so long, but they really need to figure out a better package method.

Refunded my purchase because of a 'glitch in their system' when I bought a poster on clearance there. When I made them aware of my dissatisfaction, the customer service rep proceeded to reply with satirical comments.

UPS delivered the packing tube crushed on one end with ALOT of tape around the damage. I called Poster Gods' customer service and was told by a very cheerful employee to send her an email with attached photos of the damage and she'll send another poster out ASAP. Great service, price, and quality (minus this poster's permanent press:) A+
