Unfortunately, I wound up with the wrong tape for the machine so I could not see the credit card transactions I completed. I did receive the tape but it did not fit so I had to return it at my expense and the shipping exceeded the cost of the tape. The representative was nice when I called but it took me over a week to eventually get the tape for my credit card machine. Ultimately the mistake was mine but the cost of the shipping was excessive and there was no other option besides UPS ground.
