"I searched the internet for quite some time and did extensive research before deciding on the P7010D. I had sold my IBook and really needed a new computer. But Portable One was out of stock until the following week, whereas a couple other suppliers had them in stock. After reading the reviews on Leog.net and taking into account the free extras, I decided to order from Portable One and wait it out. That was the best decision I ever made!

I had been communicating with a guy named Victor when I heard they were backordered and was considering ordering from another supplier. He answered all my questions and helped process my order. He was very helpful and patient. And since he knew I really needed a machine, when a few machines came in a day early, he configured it the way I specified and sent mine overnight express! I got my P7010D a day earlier than expected with upgraded memory, a 3-year extended warranty, a free fingerprint sensor upgrade (which I love!) and a free Sleeve and Accessory Pouch.

I love this machine and I am very glad that I waited and ordered from Portable One! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and look forward to continued service if I need it!"

"SUPERB customer service. We were let down a bit by Fedex but Portable One also dealt with them and sorted that out promptly.

All my answers to silly set-up questions for my new laptop answered promptly and accurately.

The best computer store I can imagine."

"I recently purchased a Sony Vaio from this company and was impressed with the responsiveness of the sales support staff. My only complaint is that I didn't receive and email with order number, tracking info, etc., but I emailed them and within an hour had an email with my order status and tracking number and an apology for not sending it sooner. I even contacted them after the order had shipped to change my method of payment ( i used the wrong card) and they cooperated, sending me a Google checkout payment request and issuing a refund of the original payment as soon as the new payment method was verified.

I've bought my last 3 or 4 laptops from Dell, and after some frustration with their support and a desire to try something new, I decided on the Sony Vaio. Portable One had the lowest price i found and i'm glad i bought from them."

"I ordered a Macbook Pro from Canada, and the experience with Portable One was awesome. Shortly after I placed an order, I received an email from Scott letting me know they had to do some paperwork for it because it was in international order, and gave me a date of which he said they would ship it out overnight. They shipped it out when they said they would, and it came well packaged. Will order from again.

"Didn't have any contact with any of the staff, so no comment on them.
I placed my order on the 15th June, 2010, paying via google checkout. Other similar companies offer me a 8 weeks waiting list for my ASUS G73JH A2. While PortableOne had it in stock 5 days after I placed my order.
The delivery was very fast too. Now I understand why there wasn't any contact from the staff. With such high quality services, you will feel their high efficiency and the professionalism."

"I was referred to Portable One by Sony. The experience has been excellent. I found Scott, the sales representative, to be readily available and prompt in response to questions. He was experienced and knowledgeable in the many options available and helped me determine the laptop and upgrades most suitable to my needs. Once chosen, it was a quick turnaround to receive the product. I have purchased computers for my non-profit organization several times in the past from other suppliers and I have to say this was the smoothest experience to date. I would definitely recommend Scott and Portable One."

"I submitted the order and payment on one day. The order was processed and shipped on the same day. That is amazing. What more could you ask. Recieved the computer in perfect, unopened condition. No muss no fuss. I'll be back to this place for any future orders."
