I contacted them after 3 business days excluding the holiday on Monday and they apologized for the amount of time shipping it out was taking and promised to shop it the next day on a free upgraded 2 day air mail. I'm still waiting for the e-mail with the tracking information as of noon the next day. I know it'll get here eventually so I'm just being patient as usual.
