"I have to say that I am always weary of small online electronics companies. Its almost always better to go with the larger more safe company. Not the case for PopFlash. I just purchased the GR Digital from them and the level of service is unparalleled. I was experiencing some problems with the online ordering so I decided to just call. Not only was Alex able to resolve my problem but he also let me know that if I was able to get my order into him within the next few minutes or so he would be able to drop it off to be delivered. Yes it is a small shop but it seems like its a small shop that cares. "

I put in the order, then got email confirmation within a few hours that the lens was ready to ship. It arrived as expected. Prompt service, great packing job, I can't ask for more!"
