"I spoke with Chris, the manager at the Atlanta location and was very pleased at how knowledgeable he was about pool tables. I was a little skeptical about ordering a pool table on-line without first seeing the table or knowing much about the brand, but Chris assured me I was getting a great buy.

I purchased a modern table with the Teflon coated cover, and the wall rack pack. All arrived when stated and were installed with no problems. The table was used immediately and we have used it every day since it was set-up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with pooltables.com and will recommend it to all of our friends and family members."

"My experience with Pooltables.com was great. I love my table.
Everyone I dealt with was very customer oriented and that made the whole experience wonderful.
They are professional, knowledgeable and very patient in answering questions on everything from table features and styles to cues and ball sets.
They earned my business and I could have gone with a couple of local vendors.
When your in the market for a pool table, the folks at Pooltables.com are the ones to go with.
You'll get excellent value for your money, a good selection of table styles as well as years of enjoyment.
I bought from them and I'm very pleased. Buy from them and you'll be very pleased too.
They rate 5 stars for great products and even better customer service.

"Shop at PoolTables.com with complete confidence. After viewing all of their products online I thought everything looked too good to be true, so living about an hour and a half away from one of their brick and mortar stores I decided to visit and see their merchandise up close and personal. The quality is outstanding and I ordered my table without trepidation, it was delivered and set up by professionals on the date I requested. Very happy with their quality, service, price and dependability. P.S. I purchased the Sedona model and love the way it plays."

"Great images on their site of quality tables led me to buy. The added savings over the holidays were a nice added incentive. Great communication on my order and delivery, plus the installers were on time and experts at what they do. Loved the experience end to end"

"My Husband ordered the pool table on line from Afghanistan so I was a little concerned but he said he paid a little extra to have it delived and assembled by a gentelman in our area.when it arrived and the gentelman assembled it for us it looked great.He educated us in maintance and future equipment purchases.When my husband came home on leave he was the so happy and pleased with his new pool table.Great Job Thanks"

"You'll have a difficult time finding better quality pool tables at a better price. I even decided to change the felt color halfway through the shipping process, and they were more than happy to accommodate. I couldn't be happier with PoolTables.com, and would recommend them to anyone.

"We recently purchased the Venetian Pool Table along with a cue rack and overhead light and we couldn't be happier with it all. We were nervous about purchasing something like this online without being able to look, feel and touch it, but it came exactly as advertised. The installers were professional and explained the entire process as they did it. We had one small problem as one piece showed up with damage, but that was the shippers fault, and pooltables.com quickly replaced the part and made it worth the delay. We are delighted with the table and would definitely recommend it."

"I'd thought about buying a pool table for a long time, but never had the room. I just moved into a new home, with a bonus room. While "surfing" I happened to come across pooltables.com and found I could get what looked like a nice new table for about $1500, about half what I expected! Professional installation/setup looked expensive ($500) but watching the installer, I feel it was well worth the price. The table has a few blemishes, but minimal, and at this price totally acceptable. The table plays well, but sometimes the balls turn as if the table is not level. I've checked, and it shows true...maybe it's the budget balls that came with the table. The accessory package I chose was the more expensive one, and the cues are very nice. I was told there were an 18, 19, 20, and 21 oz., but when it arrived, there were two 21's and no 20. Otherwise I was totally happy with the purchase, and pleased with my pooltable.com experience."

"We purchased a pool table on line. I have to say it was one of the smoothest transactions we've purchased on line. Once we made the purchase a courtesy telephone call was made to us, which we appreciated and during the call the steps of what we could expect were outlined along with a confirming e-mail. Everything went as stated. The set up of the pool was perfect. The installer arrived on time. The pool table was to be set up in our lower level, which we were a bit concerned about it initially, due to the weight. No issues whatsoever. It took awhile to set the table up understandably so, but when he was finished it was absolutely perfect. WE LOVE the pool table and have already played many games on it. The quality is great and in our opinion the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend this seller and installer every time. "

"Phoned the company for advice on what to order. They clarified everything and the delivery went smoothly. The product was nice but my table developed some cracks on the surface. I emailed the company to see what it might be and how to repair but they never responded. They are superficial cracks and could have been caused by us but I did expect an answer. "

"I was looking for a nice piece of furniture that wasn't going to break the bank. I wound up buying the Tuscan and was quite pleased with the construction. This is the heaviest, most solid piece of furniture I have ever owned and it looks fantastic. The installers did nice work. Although I am fairly handy, this was not a do it yourself task for me. We have had the table for a few months now and are quite pleased with it."
