"Not happy at all. Our pool pump died and after doing some research we found the best price (with their coupon) at pool supply world. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email. After a week went by without receiving any info on status (i.e. shipping date) of our order, I phoned customer service and was informed that our pump was backordered and they had just found out that day- a week after our order. We would not receive the pump for another 2 weeks. I canceled the order and my husband purchased the pump locally for $30 more since our pool was now turning green and our kids could not swim in it. I am highly disappointed we were not notified of the backorder sooner and that I had to call to find this out. Very frustrating experience- will not order from them again."
