I've ordered from them in the past & like that (for some extra money) you can opt to have the merchandise double boxed which in past experience is worth the little extra money - especially if you're ordering hard plastic CD cases etc. which are quite fragile.  
 
Rates are competitive - maybe not least expensive but in my opinion much more reliable than cost-cutting competition with poor packaging / customer support etc.
