reply posted Jun-11-2013 “I checked your order’s notes and it appears that FedEx did mis-deliver the shipment. On 6-7-13 they were retrieving the box and running it out to your location. Currently the on-line package status shows as delivered. Please let us know if your package has not been received at this point. We are so sorry for this error and are addressing this with the shipping carrier.”

At the time of your purchase your credit card bank was unable to validate that authenticity of the transaction thereby requiring us to do some additional tasks for the cardholders protection. Often we find that this occurs because the banks computer system was down at the time of sale. I see that your order was shipped and is scheduled to arrive at your location on 6-16-13. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist you.”

reply posted Jun-04-2013 “We are very sorry for the inconvenience! As you explained below apparently the manufacturer of the PLWPCNEXC3SM thought the product was available when it in fact was not. Because the manufacturer was showing the item as in stock when it was actually out of stock you were able to order the item when that ability should not have been an option. We have notified them of this problem and they assure us it will not happen again. We are very sorry this happened!”
