“We are sorry that this gentleman was unhappy with the shipping expense. UPS sets the rates not only by volume, but by weight, dimensional weights and value of the item(s). We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 and we will be happy to ship items out via USPS or FedEx. We appreciate the feedback. We do what we can to pay close attention to this issue.”
