"I also made a purchase from this place without checking here first like an idiot. B ut to my surprise I had no issues. I purchased a car mount for my new Samsung Vibrant phone and also a solar panel charger. I placed the order on Aug 3rd and it shipped the same day (no tracking info ever sent though). I picked the one up on shipping which I believe was 2-3 days. I now have the package in hand and its Aug 5th. Everything looks to be in working order.
I honestly thought I was in for some trouble, but it seems to have went without a hitch. I used google checkout. Maybe that made a difference?
The only con I have is the solar panel is somewhat cheap quality wise. Granted it was only $30. It works great, but is straight from oversea's. Most of the writing on it is not english. Even though it works, I have a feeling they paid next to nothing for these. Little curious to see how long it will hold up. When the packaging has that fake suede like material that you get on stuff out of grab machines, you know its probably cheap, heh.
For all the techs out there, I ordered from the egg on the same day and I am still waiting on that order. Even though I should get it today. I consider anyone who beats the egg at shipping to be quick.
All in all though I am satisfied. I would order from them again.

"I paid for Priority Mail Shipping and PocketSolutions shipped using First Class Mail. They refused to refund the extra money that I paid even though they did not give me the service that I paid for.
Their customer service is terrible and I would NEVER shop here again. I would advise anyone against shopping here unless you want them to disregard your order and pocket your money. "

I've emailed them over a dozen times since I placed my order. I'm only being reasonable and wanting to know if my order shipped and when I can expect to receive it. Thus far 6 days later I have not had one email from them other than my order. I checked with my bank and they processed my Visa 2 days after I ordered. I'm glad they got that part figured out for their sake. Too bad I'm probably out of $89. I'm glad it's not a huge sum of money.
Dummy me, I should of looked at their website better. There is no contact telephone number and only a PO Box address. After close examination I only found one email address of which the must never check. It's ironic that the email address is customersupport@thepocketsolution.com. Wonder why they don't check it.
Don't buy from these guys unless you want to be left in the dark and out of your hard earned money.
------ UPDATE March 20th I received my order. Note: I paid extra for faster shipping (so I thought) One of my items was incorrect. God help me if I decide to send it in for the correct item. I'll probably sell it on eBay, it's easier. AND Still no response to my many emails. I should be happy that my order was shipped. ------"

"Go to Amazon.com and look up BargainCell they are friendlier and kicks this company's butt in pricing. I am pretty sure this company has employees fill out ratings on Google Checkout. There are 240 ratings that say just about the same thing about the company and then there are 24 that show the true colors (mine makes 25). I ordered back in June and they were horrendous business people. They still are the only ones that offer the silicone case for my phone and it makes me angry everytime I think about it. I don't want my money supporting such unprofessional, immoral people. There was a place to write a review of the company, and since I had called and talked to their customer service department (Mike's father) and was hung up, I told my story. My response from the company was the e-mail below and nasty phone conversations. I took it all the way to BBB but there isn't much they can do. Do not buy from this company.
