I paid for Priority Mail Shipping and PocketSolutions shipped using First Class Mail. They refused to refund the extra money that I paid even though they did not give me the service that I paid for.  
 
Their customer service is terrible and I would NEVER shop here again. I would advise anyone against shopping here unless you want them to disregard your order and pocket your money.

I had a great experience. Wow! I usually check these reviews before I buy from a company, and didn't in this case. I most likely would not have bought from this company given these reviews. But honestly, I ordered a charger for my iPhone with a 7 to 10 day delivery schedule. The second I ordered I received a confirmation email of my order received. The next morning I received another email stating my order had been shipped already and it was here in just two days!! The item was exactly as described, fit my phone perfectly, and is working flawlessly so far. And they only charged me $1.89 for shipping!! On top of that, they gave me the option of requesting environmentally friendly packaging for free--no charge. Now I have not had to deal with any customer service--but their description of their company and the people who run it is detailed and extensive in my opinion. That's why I didn't even check here first. They appeared to be very forthright in their business and customer service.  
 
I see all these 1 star reviews and I am surprised. My experience was honestly not even close to one star. I would have to give them 5 stars. Maybe I dodged a bullet here, but I will just be honest and give my review of my experience with this company--and that has been excellent thus far.

Go to Amazon.com and look up BargainCell they are friendlier and kicks this company's butt in pricing. I am pretty sure this company has employees fill out ratings on Google Checkout. There are 240 ratings that say just about the same thing about the company and then there are 24 that show the true colors (mine makes 25). I ordered back in June and they were horrendous business people. They still are the only ones that offer the silicone case for my phone and it makes me angry everytime I think about it. I don't want my money supporting such unprofessional, immoral people. There was a place to write a review of the company, and since I had called and talked to their customer service department (Mike's father) and was hung up, I told my story. My response from the company was the e-mail below and nasty phone conversations. I took it all the way to BBB but there isn't much they can do. Do not buy from this company.

Wow! What a rip off. I ordered screen protectors for the Sprint Touch Pro and I got the protectors for the Sprint Diamond. They don't respond to your emails. I would never buy from these sleeze balls.

I have pasted below the text from e-mail correspondence with this company. I have left two phone messages, sent several e-mails via return e-mail to the address they responded to me from, and sent through their web site--contact us page. After receiving my e-mail outlining the clear misrepresentation of the product I ordered, they changed their web page. Fortunately, I printed the page beforehand and will be submitting it along with a formal complaint to the New York Attorney General's Office. I would tell anyone who asked me to NEVER buy from this company. They clearly do not deal in a good faith manner with their customers and have made no effort to stand behind the product that they sold me.  
 
Here is the text from our e-mail correspondence:  
 
Anna,  
You need to reevaluate your response to my problem. I have attached the jpeg scan I did of the case that this came in. It is definitely not a "generic" case. It most definitely states that it is the "The World's Best Crystal Case: Removable Belt Clip, Stylus Access, Access to memory card, etc., etc, etc." and it clearly states under the pictures that this package description is for THE POCKET SOLUTIONS CRYSTAL CLEAR CASE. In addition, I sent you a second follow-up regarding the description of the case having a flip up cover over the screen, which it does not have and you have not responded to. The verbatim text from your website is below.  
 
After reviewing the attached, the text below and your web site--www.pocketsolutions.com description of this product, I imagine you will want to correct the false descriptions on your website as well as on your packaging. In addition, if you are not going to correct the good faith purchase that I made and paid for from your company, YOU need to provide me with the means (cost) to return this item to your company.

excellent service and shipping was unbelievable I no sooner order the merchandise and I had it at my doorstep. I will recommend them and will keep doing business with them. On a 1 to 10 rating I give them a 10+ excellent excellent service every time I have ordered from them.Quality was excellent all of the cases I ordered fit like a custom made glove all of the cut outs were fantastic. No overlapping of cutouts I was really amazed of the quality.

I've ordered the Tungsten T5 cradle because on their site it said that it syncs with any USB port. Upon arrival on the 22nd, I found out that it charges but does not sync my T5 (I can sync with the USB cable from PalmOne). I emailed them instantly, asking for advice, if there is a driver or such that I need to install. I did not hear back. I emailed again and again did not hear back from them. No phone number on their website. The cradle had cost ~$35 and customer service so far has been zero.

Delivery was prompt but getting any response to a product that doesn't work is impossible. No response to any email I've sent...I'm sure they blocked me. My problem. Never buy from a company, like this one, that doesn't offer a working support phone number.

Yeah like most places...nice prices, easy to order from.  
 
I've emailed them over a dozen times since I placed my order. I'm only being reasonable and wanting to know if my order shipped and when I can expect to receive it. Thus far 6 days later I have not had one email from them other than my order. I checked with my bank and they processed my Visa 2 days after I ordered. I'm glad they got that part figured out for their sake. Too bad I'm probably out of $89. I'm glad it's not a huge sum of money.  
 
Dummy me, I should of looked at their website better. There is no contact telephone number and only a PO Box address. After close examination I only found one email address of which the must never check. It's ironic that the email address is customersupport@thepocketsolution.com. Wonder why they don't check it.  
 
Don't buy from these guys unless you want to be left in the dark and out of your hard earned money.

UPDATE March 20th I received my order. Note: I paid extra for faster shipping (so I thought) One of my items was incorrect. God help me if I decide to send it in for the correct item. I'll probably sell it on eBay, it's easier. AND Still no response to my many emails. I should be happy that my order was shipped.

I ordered this item and recieved it about one month after I ordered it, I had to dispute the charge via paypal. I contacted the seller numerous times by several email addresses, but never did I hear any thing from them.

Price was right, ordering was easy. BUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT is non-existant. I ordered this on Feb 6 and it is no Feb 18th and no item. NOt only that but over the past week I have emailed EVERY department on that site THREE TIMES!! I have yet to get a response. BEWARE!!

I placed my order 10/20/03. My card was charged 10/21. After two weeks without receiving my order, I attempted contact by e-mail (no phone# given on their website). Over the next two weeks I sent 5 e-mails from 2 seperate addresses and never received a reply from the company. Today makes 4 weeks without my order or any contact from the company.
