"My son had a bad accident on his skateboard and broke his leg in several places. My husband and I took turns to have off work and take care of him. After a few days my son said his back and shoulders began to hurt too. We knew that our old mattress was making the problem worse. We immediately looked online and chose your company as you have free shipping, no sales tax and your highly rated with BBB. We've had it for a month now and my son loves it. He's back on his feet now and feeling better every day. Many many thanks

"The latex foam and quality of the mattress was wonderful, and it is a beautifully made product. However, the air system is terrible. We felt every tiny move. The noisy pump was not an issue, but transfer of motion caused us to return the PlushBed within days. If you decide to return your PlushBed, start the process EARLY. The customer service department is very helpful, but they don't seem to have enough help. :("
