"Don't use the seller. They don't stand behind their products. I ordered 2 Kohler items from them, both defective, and they would not refund. One was a flange that had defects appear only after use. They cited their 30 day return policy. It took 2 months of use for the flange finish to start to bubble off and they would't take it back!"
"Ordered three parts for an American Standard water closet and paid $26.00 extra for three day shipping. While placing the order never notified me the two main parts were back ordered. Only found that out two days later to find the back order situation. Went to cancel the order and they cancelled the two BO parts but denied the $2.66 and still charged me $28.00 to ship it."
"I purchased a Little Giant pump (5-MSP} last September. Early in December it failed to operate. I immediately contacted PlumberSurplus.com. who immediately responded and instructed my next course of action--removimg all labels from defective pump and mailing back to Plumber Surplus with their assigned ticket number. I complied, but neglected to include the ticket number but did cite the purchase order number for the pump. This failue to follow instructions proved immaterial as I received a new pump within 6-10 days over the Christmas holidays. I consider the failure of the pump a nonfactor as I've been using the same type pump for over 20 years in my Koy pond. I consider the quick response and resolution by Plumber Surplus commendable! "Very poor customer service. Ordered item 6 days ago and still processing, so I used the chat online customer service option. Rep kept me holding "for one moment" for nearly 20 minutes and then stated could not get an answer on when order would ship. When I told the rep to cancel the order, he/she replied they would have to verify with return team. There's nothing to return because nothing shipped! Concerned about not being credited back on card. Poor service avoid this place!"
"I ordered a faucet from P-S that was listed as a 'Hot-Buy' 82% off. It was confirmed and my AMEDSX card was charged. Order was cancelled. I reorder from a live CS Agent. She CONFIRMED it was available. It was also cancelled. I asked for a supervisor and was promised a callback 3 times (no callback received).Was subsequenly advised that faucet was not available. Requested a comparable discount on a similar faucet. Was advised that the best they could do was to reduce the shipping on the substitute faucet. I contend that I order a faucet and they accepted the order AND took my money. They are bound to deliver the faucet, or offer me something comparable.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS FIRM.THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS. "

"You will be sorry you bought from this company if you have a problem. I wish I had checked "low star" reviews before ordering. I didn't see the need to because the overall ratings didn't look too bad - but the high ratings are from customers that had no problem with the order.I received a kitchen faucet assembly instead of a toilet seat. Had I known how poor and unconcerned their customer "no-service" was, I would have sold the $600 faucet assembly on e-bay and bought the $11 toilet seat elsewhere. The fine print we don't read when buying gives them rights to treat you badly and financially rip you off. Unlike reputable companies, they would not correct for their shipping error by immediately shipping me the correct product. They required me to drive the wrong product to a UPS mailing site. After almost two weeks, they finally shipped what they say is the correct product... I'll believe it when I see it. When I get it, if it's not the product I ordered, I'll give up an not waste any more time with them. Fortunately I will only be out $11, but the delays, aggravation trying to deal with them, and my time wasted in frustration, anger, and writing this review is worth a WHOLE LOT MORE."
"Ordered a product on sale, paid for it and THEY canceled my order because THEY advertised it at the wrong price. Then they tried to tell me it was no longer in stock when it was still offered at a much higher price. But the WORST was that they did not bother to tell me or return my money until I called. Very disappointed, bait and switch tactics, dishonest."

"Exact same experience as so many others. Item sent that did not fit despite measurements in description. I obtained RMA and returned it paying my own postage and only then discovered that amount of "free shipping" equal to value of item was being deducted from refund. Totally disreputable company. Sorry I didn't check here first."
