"I have ordered from this company several times. Once it took three (yes three) ADDITIONAL shipments of a replacement part before they got it right; but they were always very apologetic, helpful and promptly tried to remedy the problem.

They carry some interesting items that attract my attention, but as with most any company these days, so many products are just overpriced. I wait until they have a serious sale before I order.

One glaring deficiency is that they currently do not allow online customers to rate their products.

Most of what I have ordered has been of very good quality, but if it doesn't meet my expectations they will accept returns, no questions asked. In short, I have no qualms about ordering from them again.

"Placed order with store. Store said item available and will ship. 5 DAYS LATER I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE. SORRY OUR WEBSITE SAID IT WAS BUT WE ARE SOLD OUT. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN."
