"I was looking for a new fridge and I stumbled upon the Plessers website. I am really not one to buy expensive appliances online, but I called and their customer service was able to answer all my questions rather thoroughly.

I was re-assured of my purchase with an added protection plan (I always buy the extended warranty, just makes sense) and received my purchase in less than a week. Not bad for the price and now my fridge is functional and stocked.

Fairly happy at the moment."

"If you want quick delivery and setup I recommend using Plessers.com. I have seen it first hand, many times now that they strive for customer satisfaction. Any time I have an issue, I call them and they correct my issue. Most of the time it is a mistake or issue on my end (ex: I won't be home Thursday, can delivery and set up be for Friday? etc ) They are always quick to please, making me a repeat customer for a straight 2 years. "

"I ordered an item for my husbands store, he needed it immediately to keep his store running. We still have not received the item and we ordered it May 1st. We were told it may not come until the second week of June!!! I am furious with this store, due to the long delay in shipping my husband had to close his store because his back up refridgerator went down. If he would of had the one I ordered, we would not of had to close the doors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I am super excited about having purchased from Plessers Appliances and Electronics. I ordered a fridge and it was delivered quick! I was worried about having seen previous reviews for slow delivery etc. But with the best prices around I had to try and save money by buying from here. I saved money and it was delivered fast so I came out on top! I will be a return buyer at Plessers! Two thumbs up here!"

"Absolutely fantastic experience with both the products and the seller. Shipping was to be 14 business days but we got our appliances in 9 calendar days (in Texas). Delivery service by the local company was also timely and well done. No other places can beat the prices of Plessers.com and their services. I'm glad I spent time shopping instead of impulsively buying from a local major appliance place. BTW, we got the top-of-the-line LG washer/dryer and couldn't be more happy."

"Prices are hard to beat but you have to be patient for it to arrive from New York. Missed the first delivery attempt because my phone was stolen and I didn't have a phone for 3 days. My bad. Tried calling the Very unprofessional. Called Plesser's who in turn called the delivery company and about one week later the refrigerator came. Delivery guys were good but the fridge had 2 dime size dents on the side. Lame. Called and they offered $100 check, which I accepted. Seemed a little low considering the fridge was nearly $1800.00 (counter depth)and would have cost more than that if I rejected the delivery and they'd have to send me a new one. Was disappointed with the damage considering I waited 3-4 weeks for the new fridge. Would have went to Sears Outlet if I knew there would be dents. Probably a little cheaper there too."
