"Ordered a Sanyo Xacti C5 digital camera from them after using an online shopping price comparison. Their price $419, retail is $699. They do charge a premium for shipping and only offer fairly expensive UPS or FedEx air services. I paid another $58 for 3-day shipping and had it not been for the weekend, I would have recv'd my order in 3 days. The camera arrived in new (unopened) condition with all accessories and paper work inside. I think the reason their shipping cost is high is because the product is shipped in from outside of the U.S. Right now the Sanyo C5 is virtually not available in the U.S. except from SharperImage.com and they want $799 for it which includes a 512MB memory card I believe. This was my first experience with Plemix but it certainly won't be my last. Very satisfied with them, the product and the delivery."

"I ordered an LG KS660 Triband Dual SIM unlocked phone from Plemix in late November 2009. Plemix was the only company that I could find that supplied a dual SIM, which avoids having to carry two mobile phones around.

I live in the UK and it arrived within 5 days from Hong Kong. The manufacturers box was sealed but when we opened it the phone was faulty. I contacted Plemix and they gave me an RMA # and asked me to return the phone for them to inspect.

Within 10 days (because of Christmas) I had the phone back and fully operational. I would recommend Plemix, they are a little slow at responding but they will eventually and they are honourable."

"As an Australian customer I was sceptical of ordering from an overseas retailer, but thankfully plemix has been good to me. I purchased the Samsung U600 (phone) from the store two weeks ago. The order processing was quick and my phone arrived in perfect condition a week later.

I dealt briefly with a plemix staff member only to confirm my address. From memory, he was friendly and courteous.

My only criticism is that once I had placed my order, I received a seemingly automated email from plemix asking me to call their office (without stating a reason). After replying to ask why this was necessary, the plemix staff called me to confirm my address. I would have preferred if they had called me outright, as this would have saved some time."

"I was getting a Nokia 7900 Prism form plemix, the phone is much cheaper than here from the shop. And the most important thing is the phone supports chinese! I was really impressed! Other than that, the customer service representatives were helpful, and the shippment was promptly dispatched.
I am looking for the Softbank 911T in plemix, can anyone post a review of the phone? Wondering if it will work properly.

"Have been doing business with Plemix.com for 18 months now and i like to say plemix have very nice customer service and the fastest shipping i have ever seen. I have bought more that 20 cell phones from them now and every phone works so great. I highly recommend plemix.com to everyone who want to buy electronic products becuase plemix always offer the best prodcuts with the lowest prices."

"I ordered a Sony Ericsson V800 from them and was a bit scared at first, seeing some of the comments I've googled up. I ordered it Wednesday night and thought to myself, if I don't at least get a tracking number on Monday than I will email them. To my surprise, Monday morning when I walked out the door, the Fedex package was here already. Everything's nice and new, and I have yet to have any problems."

"Great experience. I was a bit skeptical while buying my ROKR E6 cause its not a US phone and so doesnt come with US warranty. After a lot of reasearch (googling) I ended on Plemix via Google shopping and with their Father's Day discount of $20, got my ROKR E6 for $219 (incl shipping) - ordered Thursday, phone arrived Monday in perfect condition. Before ordering I had called Plemix just to make sure I speak to a real person and also had some questions abt the content of the package and she was more than helpful and answered all my questions with patience. I received regular update by email after my order placement, credit card processing, and shipping with Fedex tracking number (for regular shipping option :). The phone has worked great so far and also received another $10 off coupon in the box. Cheers."

"Plemix is a very very good company how are very serious, they have a lot of phones in stock very soon and they ship in 48h for France! the contact with the person are perfect and since 6 years i work with , i had zero problem.

"acctually everuthing went great with that store. I couldn't get the language i wanted so they gave me the money for it back right away in the camera arraived in 2 weeks whis was great"
