My order shipped at the fifth day, and took over four weeks to arrive (standard shipping). I skimped on the tracking to save money. I started to worry about three weeks in; the shipping said seven to twenty-one days. I contacted Play-Asia about my order, expressing my worries and hoping to get some help. They came back in five hours. Fevi, the person who responded to my mail, showed me what I could do and double-checked my address with me.
Not many days later, I received the my package before I could do anything. I wrote Fevi back, and,when he heard the news, he cheered happily. And, then he asked for me to write a review to improve their services. All in all, despite the exceedingly long ship time, Play-Asia treated me with professionalism, concern, and joy. I will continue to order products from them. "
"I have ordered from play-asia last week on Friday. On Monday they send an email told me that I need to verify my credit card. I was very frustrated because I pay with my paypal account then why day have to verify my card. After some conversation it turn out that my shipping address and my paypal billing address do not match. So, I satisfy with this verification as a mean to protect customer safety even this can potentially delay my shipment by a week. It better than letting someone use my money right?"
