"Purchased a Pioneer PDP-5070HC from Invision Displays on 1/17/2007. Panel was drop shipped by Electrograph in NY. Overall I was very pleased with the transactions for primarily two reasons. A) Panel was delivered in excellent condition and B) sales support. I was promised prior to item purchase that if the panel did not arrive in less than perfect condition that I would not have to worry about anything. The seller would send someone out to pick the panel up and replace the panel for free. Fortunately I did not have to use this service."

"Plasma Connection was fabulous to work with. They are a local Northwest business (though they distribute nationally). The big difference is that they KNOW the products that they sell - especially the large displays. They stand behind the products and offer prompt resolutions to any problems. I've purchased two displays from the, and won't hesitate to return next time I'm ready to purchase."
