"I recently purchased a Pio 600 KRP from them and albeit i did have to wait over 2 months to get it I thought the transaction went smoothly. So they came and installed the TV for me which I give Kudos to Pat Gilbert their installer at the time.

Then from there is where everything got strange, first they didn't even have an invoice for the purchase of the TV for me and was told it would be sent to me, which it never was and only the install invoice was. Then upon receiving my credit cards statement I find not only was I overcharged $102.00 which I really didn't mind as I was getting a great deal on the TV anyways but my deferment was for 3 months vs the 12 months we agreed upon and lastly I noticed they charged my card the day I placed the order of the TV when I made it clear that I don't want to be charged until the TV is at my house and which they agreed to.

So I called back and spoke with Pat, and he let me talk to Alex (AlexInvision) on here and Alex said he would take care of it and transferred me to Ashley. Ashley said she does not have the authority to make these changes and transferred me to Jason one of the owners. He said he would handle it.

At this time the only thing I was asking for was to fix my deferment, yeah I know I would be losing 2 months but I was just so ecstatic that I got a great deal and they were really nice people to deal with that I didn't care.

A few weeks pass I call back to see if there's any update and I find out that Alex and Ashley no longer work there. Jason repeatedly tells me that he will take care of it, and now its September my deferment ended and now I owe an extra 400 dollars on top of having a 25% interest rate. Nothing has been resolved and when I speak to Jason he keeps giving me the run around that he will get to it! Its been 2 months, I've spoken with my credit card company and they told me that all he needs to do is contact them, which he hasn't. How hard is it to make a phone call.

I have a feeling they are going out of business!! Hopefully the owner Jason Parson doesn't scam anyone else!!"

"I guess Invision used to have a really sterling reputation, but, as the previous reviewer noted, their customer service is really lacking. Which would be fine, I suppose, if they didn't send me a 60" Pioneer plasma with A CRACKED SCREEN and then REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Do yourself a favor. Spend a little more and go to a reputable big box store where they have to look you in the face when there's a problem. My experience with Invision is the kind of online nightmare we all fear when we take the leap and press that button."

"Update 4/15/09: Wow, it's been over a month and I still HAVEN'T received my stand! Soon after I posted the review below, Jason (Invision's SVP), called and explained how they're not receiving any of their orders because Pioneer was holding onto their inventory due to fiscal year end. He apologized for taking two weeks to realize this and that my stand should be on it's way soon. I call yesterday for an update, and Jason tells me Pioneer still hasn't shipped out the stands. He then tells me to call Pioneer Parts and order the stand directly from them for $300 +shipping, and once I finalize that, he'll refund my money. So I call Pioneer Parts to verify that they do have the stand in stock, but for a $400 price tag. When I told Jason this, he suggests that we split the cost (meaning he'll cover shipping) because he can't give me the TV stand for $175 (which was the amount agreed on my invoice). He doesn't want to cover the difference, but hey, that's what his sales associate quoted me and charged my CC for. If they had told me there was a price mistake the day after I placed my order, I would fully understand. But this is ONE MONTH LATER and he's telling me I need to pay an EXTRA 100% of the cost to get my stand?? Pioneer obviously HAS the stand, but Invision is just not getting it for me. I'm not sure how they run their business, but my experience has been COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. Last I heard from Jason was that he was going to see if he could get the stand for $175 from Pioneer and would call me back. I'm about ready to dispute my all of my CC charges and file a complaint. My plasma is essentially useless without the stand!

Review on 3/30/09: At first Alex at Invision was extremely helpful while purchasing my plasma (KRP-600M) and stand (KRP-TS01), but soon after his customer service turned horrible. I was not able to obtain a tracking number from him or an exact delivery date. I understand there were issues of cracked Pioneers, which delayed my delivery date, but for some reason, the stand was not delivered the same time the plasma was. I called a few times for an update, but I would get the run around with no return call. Today I called again and when he picked up, he put me on hold and acted like it wasn't him. I honestly don't want to give Invision a bad review, but with customer service like that, it's very hard to hold back. "

"This is my second Pioneer Plasma HDTV purchased from Invision Technologies in the past 2 years. The last one just purchased was a Pioneer PDP-6020FD. They have the best prices that can be found anywhere on these TV's and the entire process is quick and easy. I ordered the set on Monday and it arrived safe and sound on Friday of the same week. They are factory authorized Internet Pioneer Dealers as shown on Pioneer's own web site. Alex is a pleasure to deal with.

"I called Alex on 10/06. He gave me a price on the 6020 that could not be beat. I paid for my order and was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days. He sent me my invoice number but there was no tracking number. Within three days I received my tracking number. I received my T.V. on 10/15 (well after the 3-5 delivery promise), but it was undamaged. I was able to hook up my T.V. and all I can say is wow, what a picture. "

"Great to work with, I bought from them after Pioneer told me to call them. I was about to buy from another internet company until I found out that they were unauthorized to sell Pioneer. I am very happy with Invision and I can rest at night knowing that Pioneer will honor a warranty if I have any problems. This is a first rate company. "

"I bought a Pioneer PHP-6020 from Invision. As most, I was nervous about making such a major purchase "online". I called and spoke to Alex many times asking questions about the TV, about their shipping process, returns, etc. Alex never got tired of my repeated calls and always happily helped me out.

I tried to get one of the local big box shops to match the price offered by Invision...they couldn't come close.

I ordered the TV on a Tuesday and got the call from the local delivery company on the following Wednesday...they brought the TV by on Thursday. Everything was in excellent condition and the delivery guys offered to help me take the TV wherever I needed it.

I soon realized that the 3 HDMI cables I ordered did not arrive with the TV, so I called Alex. Alex promptly shipped them to me next-day air and I got them on Friday! That's what I call "making it right".

I would highly recommend dealing with Invision, especially as they are an authorized Pioneer dealer.

Oh, and the TV? It's THE BOMB!!! The picture is amazing, incredible colors, the blackest of blacks! I am NOT disappointed."

"Invision came through for me. In addition to matching prices on a great Pioneer 6020, they were able to find a rare long proprietary cable for my older Pioneer 5060 at a much better price than anyone else offered. When there were a few bumps in the timing of the delivery, Invision made up for it by providing a high end wall mount at their cost. They will be first on my list next time I need any equipment. "

"I recently purchased the Pioneer 5020FD from Invision Display and I was very satisfied with the customer service Deb and Pat had provided me. Everything was explained to me and to my surprise the return policy was exceptional. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the company if you have plans in big box items. Just read all the reviews about the company if you have any doubts purchasing big items online. "
