"Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Placed my order on the 27th and asked if it was likely that my TV arrive on 12/31. Dan said it was unlikely, but he would try. To my pleasant surprise, I got a call from the shipping company that the TV can be delivered on the 29th! TV arrived in mint condition and the overall end to end service I received was superb. I will definitely make my next TV purchase with Plasma Concepts."
"I could not be more pleased with my recent purchase of a Panasonic 50" plasma TV from Plasma Concepts. This particular model, the TH-50PX600U, had only recently become available and many internet retailers were taking orders with no promised delivery date. When I contacted Plasma Concepts on July 27 I was told that they were expecting a shipment the next week and if I wanted one they would put me on a list. They did not require me to give a credit card number. The following Tuesday they called and asked if I still wanted the TV. The price remained the same as quoted on their internet site with no hidden charges. I ordered the TV and opted for the least expensive shipping, which was standard freight, about a week to ten days delivery. The TV was delivered two days later, on Thursday! I picked up my HD set-top-box on Saturday morning, my son and I connected everything, and a few hours later the picture blew us away!!! Bob, the Plasma Concepts owner, emailed me the following week to ask if everything was OK and I told him he could use me for a reference anytime. I expect to be sending a few friends to him in the near future; you cannot look at my TV and not want one."

"I found this company through the AVS forums website, and from local knowledge. I talked to Bob Doseck for my original purchase. He did not push anything on to me( i.e extra cables,etc) and was very helpful.
After my purchase, the help was still there. He contacted me the day my set arrived to make sure everything was allright. He also contacted me through emails to make sure that I was still happy. When I told him I was having some problems tweeking the set, he said that he would send me the AVIA calibration disk to me at no cost, just needed to mail it back when finished! Customer relations and care is 100% with these guys. They take it seriously.
I would and will recommend Plasma Concepts to everyone that is in the market for a new television and/or any AV accessories."

I thought it would take weeks to receive this 60 inch tv and they shipped it the next day by air freight. It was on delivered in about 4 days. And the freight company they used was the best sevice I have ever received ( 100 % better than fedex or ups ) I called them when I saw the tracking info said the tv was on the truck for delivery and I had to leave the house by 1:30 to be a work, so I called the NY dispatch office for the number I had and they gave me the local trucking companys phone number, contacted them and they called the drive and he arrrived at 2:45pm !! Won't happen with UPS/ Fedex !! And the Pionner TV is fantastic. Shipped on a pallet safe and sound !! Keep up the great service !!

The shipper (Pilot) had the TV at my house in under a week, and the guy went out of his way to help me unpack it and check its condition. I was scared initially because the TV didn't turn on, so I called Aric at Plasma Concepts. He pointed me to a yellow flyer I had overlooked (oops) describing the "hard" power switch, and then I was in business. The TV arrived in flawless condition, and it looks awesome! Starting my 150-hour burn-in now...."
