I recently purchased a Pioneer PDP-5010FD 50" 1080P Plasma TV. The ordering went very smooth and the shipping was faster than expected. I would definately recommend Plasma Concepts to anyone considering a New TV!

That was my first order with this store. I was not really sure whether I should purchase Pioneer KURO plasma over the Internet, but the price and service provided by Plasma Concepts were top notch. I really appreciated the service provided by a delivery person who helped me to unpack the plasma and to set it up. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I will definitely purchase form Plasma Concepts again.

Great price, and my TV arrived in perfect condition. I had a problem with the local shipping company that was used. (First they wouldn't schedule any window shorter than 5 hours, then they didn't show up that day at all.) Aric from Plasma Concepts help deal with this problem and gave me a $50 credit for the hassle.

Ordering process with Plasma concepts was very easy follow up on the order was great. I would like to see the choice of the white glove service in the web ordering process, so a phone call would not be necessary. The sales staff handled their end very professional but when it came to the shipping end I feel the shipping company did not hold up to the same high standard.It took 11 calendar days to recieve my Plasma TV when it should have been 3-5 days The shippers would not explain to me what the hold up was and were telling me everything was OK product in route when tracking system told me it never left. Bob from Plasma Concepts helped by making a couple of calls to ATI to get my set moving and delivered. The good news to this is it did finally arrive on 2/19 undamaged and in good working order. Even with this shipping snafoo I would fully recommend Plasma Concepts to all and plan to use them again.

They were amazing in every way from customer service to delivery to follow up. I was wary of ordering such a high priced item off the internet and they were great I am so happy I did. A plasma tv especially such a large one was daunting they made it east and at a great price.

I tried ordering the Pioneer PDP-6010FD from another retailer, who never came through. So then I tried Plasma Concepts. Customer service email was quick to answer a question I had. When I bought the TV, they processed the order really quickly, and it showed up in perfect condition. Their price was also super low. I can definitely recommend these guys.

Placed order for a Panasonic TH-58PZ700U at a great price on a Thursday. TV was delivered the following Wednesday. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.
