They did not have them in stock initially (no one did) but the website gave me an option to have them e-mail me when it was back in stock, and it happened. They have access to more in the warehouse (confirmed by phone) than the website lists, but that may be to spur sales. They answer their phone and discuss their product. They were the only authorized Pioneer plasma dealer that also was an AVS Forum sponsor (where I learned about my new monitor), so my decision on where to buy was easy. Their price was also great.<br><br>The real test is how they perform when there is a problem.
