Plasmakings.com is the biggest SCAM. I've ordered a plasma screen during christmas for the price of $3100, was asked to call back for a confirmation. Their saleperson didnt want to sell the unit to me at the price advertized instead try to sell something else and force me to buy the warranty when i called back. Finally after realizing that they have unsucessful 'bait and switch', they said that the unit is in backorder. After two months, i canceled the order.  
BTW, their saleperson was extremely rude. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THESE CROOKS.

I ordered online on the 27th of December. The next day I received an email saying that I had to call to confirm. The company is on the East coast and is only open while I’m at work. I called from work and wasn’t completely alert while doing it, though I did catch that the price wasn’t quite right. I confirmed and then after checking their online “order status” I called back to inform them I didn’t order two computers. After arguing with me about weather or not I actually ordered two online they finally said they would change it, but I had to call three times and email twice before I finally got to that point.  
 
I waited until the 13th of January to call again and find out why the shipping status hadn’t changed and why there were still two computers listed on my order. The customer service lady told me that my computerS would be shipped the next day. ComputerSSS? I only ordered ONE. And the arguing begins again. Then she says, “oh did they tell you that you’ve been upgraded to the A75 S2292?” What?? No! I knew nothing about the S2292 and though I was leery, she did say upgrade. She said it would be shipped later that day. After I hung up I looked up the S2292…It cost more than the S229 and had a smaller hard drive. I tried to call back, but I was at work and by the time I was able to they the customer service department had closed. I tried calling the next day even though there was a tracking number on the order status, but on Fridays they close even earlier.  
So on the 14th of January I sent an email to the three email address of theirs that I know, Plasmakings@aol.com, sales@PlasmaKings.com, and orders@plasmakings.com.  
And as always the response from that witty bunch was, CALL 1800 374 2324.  
So I called again…First they tried to tell me, “but the computer we’re sending is better?” But it’s not the one I ordered and you’re charging me more money without my approval!  
Then, “Well of course it cost more it’s a better computer!” He didn’t seem to understand that, had wanted the “better” more expensive one I would have put that one in the shopping cart.  
So then the phone changes hands and someone else tries to tell me that I called and confirmed that order. I wasn’t convinced. His Jedi mind trick don’t work on me, so I told him that I was taking the charge off my card, and hung up. I found PriceMad on cnet also and it’s funny their order staus pages looks very similar, and guess what? When I put in my phone and order number…out came my order info.

I dislike how they do bussiness.First, after you hit the order to charge your credit card,you only get a reference number. so I recommend you printing your order before clicking the button. After you place the order, you receive an email asking you to call Plasmakings to complete the order.After you complete the order,You may get a surprise When you find out that your credit card has been overcharged. Then you email Plasmakings asking them to find and fix the problem.in response, you get " CALL 1 800 374 2324". So you decide calling Plasmaking, after selectintig customer service option, a voive recorded tells you to wait. After 25 minutes of waiting,if you are lucky, finally someone gets the phone. Then you ask for the charges of each item in your order. Then the operator tells you every charge until you hear the hidding charge: 'INSURANCE". Then you explain that you did not request insurance. The operator tells you that it is mandatory to procces the shipment. Then you ask for the cost of insurance. After making some numbers, you find out that still your account is overcharged. Then you complain againg to Plasmakings. They find the overcharge and promise crediting your account.I am goin to tell you the day that I will have my account creditted. In addition, they try to change the focus of the claim tellig you that they upgraded the item you asked, making you believe that you received more value that you paid for it. In conlusion,it is hard to me to think about Plasmakins

BIG TIME SCAM ARTISTS!! I went to mysimon & cnet to research plasma TV's and prices. Plasmakings.com had the lowest price so I placed an order with them over the net. The TV I selected was $1795 + $179 for shipping coming to a total of $1974. The next day a rep called to confirm my order. He said the total was $2,598.36, over $600 more than the advertised price. He had added accessories to the TV and shipped it 3-5 delivery, which was more than the $179 5-7 day delivery. The TV arrived 11 days later, not 3-5 or even 5-7 days. I have contacted the company several times so I could get my money back or atleast $400 for the difference in price of the TV originally ordered and the actual TV sent and some of the accessories. I explained to them that those were the only choices I would accept. They offered me a $100 discount. So I told them I was contacting the FTC, DOJ Fraud Unit,NY'S Attorney General Office,etc. I would never buy from them again and would tell any and everyone to stay as far away from them as you can. By the way, I found out that PlasmaKings.com is also PC Video Mall and PC Video Online. I found this out because when I received the TV the Packing Ticket in the plastic bag attached to the box states that the sender is PC Video Mall. And they all share the same mailing address. I've reported them to the federal, state, and consumer fraud agencies. STAY AWAY FROM PLASMAKINGS.COM!!!!  
 

Placed an order on a camera, and received an email confirmation for the total price plus shipping. Also, was asked in the email to phone in to confirm the purchase.  
 
When called it in, I was told that the “actual” price is $200 more, because of some obscure coupon on the camera, which expired last month and the price has not been updated. Salesman still tried to push me to get the camera saying that it is still “a good price”.  
 
Can you say: “bait-and-switch”? At least when it comes to the price!!!

I ordered on Sunday and swiped the CC for expensive fast shipping on a 1600$ laptop. After 2 days I still had nothing from them. I mailed, called and finally some jerk off answered the phone. Could hardly understand his piss poor Miami accent and he kept on calling me "man" or "dude". I asked him not to do that and his answer was "Why not DUDE".  
They had truly screwed up administration and they could hardly find my file: had to call back several times after either being put on hold for 10 mins plus or being transfered into limbo.  
 
Finally they barked at me because they said that I had given them the wrong name. The idiots had put the address name as lastname or something. Anyways, NO SERVICE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...

Have been desperately looking for a Canon EOS 10d camera for the past several weeks. Phoned Plasma Kings and was reassured by salesperson that they were in stock. I specifically asked if they were backordered or special order and was told again that they were in stock. I placed the order via their website and then received a confirmation email stating that the camera was backordered for 1-2 weeks. They gave me the option of cancelling my order simply by replying to the email. I have opted to cancel the order, but I'm still waiting for my online order status to show that it has been cancelled.  
 
I live in Spokane WA and our local camera dealer is Huppins. They go by onecall.com on the internet. I contacted them yesterday and they told me they expect at least 2 shipments of the 10d starting Jan 23. I would recommend them and avoid other places that advertise prices lower than around $1499.
