posted May-18-2012 “Sorry for this confusion. We have refunded money as of today. However, the reason this was in error was because the Customer returned the bulbs to the supplier that we had drop ship the bulbs. Our return protocol states that all returns must be returned to our address with approval from our customer service department. This procedure is set in place so mishaps like this do not happen.”
