"My order contained nine items. PVK's shipment was missing three items from my order and included one that I didn't order. I contacted them by e-mail and they sent another shipment. The second shipment contained four wrong items but none of the missing items from my order. Through several e-mail exchanges, I specified exactly what I had ordered, what I had received, and what was missing, and stated that I just wanted to exchange the items that had been shipped to me in error for the ones that were still missing. Even though the PVK web site states that the items they sell are "always in stock" and the item pages for the three items missing from my order showed that all were in stock, the last e-mail from Josh Burbank, PVK's General Manager, claimed "we have no XXXXX in stock". Either he was lying or the "always in stock" claim on the website is a lie. Either way, I won't do business with these deceptive SOBs again."
"Sent the wrong knife but made it right by sending me the correct knife and a prepaid mailer to send the wrong knife back. Excellent service will definitely do business with them again!!!Derek"
