She took the time to answer questions at which point I learned about International phone cards. Thanks to her, I will use your site for my future calls to Jamaica. I feel upset because pinzoo offered me send by e-mail pin code and instead of that they added airtime directly to my phone and I couldn't add my promotional codes... customer service told me call tracfone because it is not our problem now. Really dissapointed. Not more pinzoo in my transactions. Be careful.

Purchased Verizon refill on Ebay) Pinzoo called me to assure I recieved my order and that I knew how to process the pin for my cell phone. I was impressed at how polite and knowledgeable the staff was. I appreciate that they take the time to directly ask their customers if they are happy. Great service that I will use from now on.
