"Received an automated response after I placed the order saying it would be shipped in 1-2 business days. The item I ordered was shown as 10+ In Stock. Sent e-mail after getting no response for 4 business days. Did not get any response to the e-mail for another 3 days. Sent another e-mail requesting to cancel my order due to complete lack of response."
1.) i contacted 3 csr through online chat. all three were not able to find if an item is instock and promised to email me back. i never got an email back from all 3 of them
2.) item in stock on website is not accurate. they claim to have the item in stock, but they actually don't. contacting them won't help either since they csr can't find that information
3.)if the item is out of stock, they don't contact you right away, they wait 2-3 days
4.)i ordered the product because it was the cheapest out of all online stores. website shows they have item in stock. i get the email a few days later saying it's out of stock and my order has been cancelled (without my consent). i go on the website and see the price of the item went up 700 dollars (it was for a laptop) and in stock. bait and switch much?"
"I purchased a tv from their website and then they said the tv is unavailable and that they would not send me a tv at the price i paid even if one was available. They said that their was an error in listing and by their terms and conditions they were not bound by the order - HOWEVER we never click anything to say we are bound by their terms and conditions. The owner called me to apologise and still would not send anything comparable even after offering 200% more USELESS COMPANY AND USELESS WEBSITE BUYER BEWARE - only redeeming quality is their honest about being idiots "
"Pinnaclemicro was a great source for a cisco router we needed to replace on our network. It came packaged well and on time. An associate of ours told us to buy from this site and we were glad we did. We will buy our next hot swap hard drive from them when we need it."
"BUYERS BEWARE of PinnacleMicro. I recently went to their website where I used the search bar to try to locate a video card for my daughters laptop. Through the process of elimination, I found a video card that said it was for the Gateway laptop it was categorized for. After waiting for approx. 2 weeks the item arrived. Upon taking both the unopened video card and computer to a technician to repair it, I was informed that the video card was for a desktop computer. I contacted the company to attempt a refund on the incorrectly shipped item, in which I was told it was after 7 days so the only thing they could do was ship another one, or I could get a refund after paying a $35 restock fee on a $38 product. (And I would have to pay the first class shipping rate to send item back to them) PinnacleMicro customer support- Lord have mercy. You can not understand the woman, nor hear her. When I ask if there was someone there that I might actually have a chance of understanding(I would have even taken a chance with a 2 year old) she just said "oh, I sorry, I'll try louder". DUH. Folks, This company is a bunch of scammers that rely on people sending items back for big time restock fees, so they can resell the items again. Had I had known prior to, I never would have ordered even a thumbtack from them. I am also highly suspicious of any of the items they have listed on the website. PinnacleMicro is highly un-professional, and their return policies and business practice in general is quite questionable. Please do not give PinnacleMicro any of your hard earned money. They will ship incorrect items, refuse a refund, then ask you for more money. I just hope my bad luck with this company, helps someone else. Avoid PinnacleMicro like they have the plague. "
