I recently went to their website where I used the search bar to try to locate a video card for my daughters laptop. Through the process of elimination, I found a video card that said it was for the Gateway laptop it was categorized for. After waiting for approx. 2 weeks the item arrived. Upon taking both the unopened video card and computer to a technician to repair it, I was informed that the video card was for a desktop computer. I contacted the company to attempt a refund on the incorrectly shipped item, in which I was told it was after 7 days so the only thing they could do was ship another one, or I could get a refund after paying a $35 restock fee on a $38 product. (And I would have to pay the first class shipping rate to send item back to them)<br>PinnacleMicro customer support- Lord have mercy. You can not understand the woman, nor hear her. When I ask if there was someone there that I might actually have a chance of understanding(I would have even taken a chance with a 2 year old) she just said \u0022oh, I sorry, I\u0027ll try louder\u0022. DUH.<br>Folks, This company is a bunch of scammers that rely on people sending items back for big time restock fees, so they can resell the items again. Had I had known prior to, I never would have ordered even a thumbtack from them.<br>I am also highly suspicious of any of the items they have listed on the website.<br>PinnacleMicro is highly un-professional, and their return policies and business practice in general is quite questionable.<br>Please do not give PinnacleMicro any of your hard earned money. They will ship incorrect items, refuse a refund, then ask you for more money.<br>I just hope my bad luck with this company, helps someone else.<br>Avoid PinnacleMicro like they have the plague. "No words to say about the customer care service of pinnacle micro. I was looking for a ram for my laptop. DDR3 2GB. The top speed was 667 as I remember. But some other company tried to sell me 533 2GB ram and saying this ram is also suitable for your laptop. But pinnacle micro told me the disadvantage of installing slow speed ram with high speed ram and gave me 667 DDR3 2GB ram with very low price. Really thakful to you pinnacle micro. You are the best! "
