This place has to be one of the best-kept secrets on the internet. I called on Friday to ensure the hard-to-find Nikon 70-200mm VR was really in stock. It was, I placed the order. Quick and painless. On Monday I get a voice mail saying they wanted to confirm my order. I thought uh-oh, hard sell ahead. Nope, they wanted to confirm my phone number to prevent credit card fraud and the order was going out today. I received my lens on Friday. Nothing to it!

I placed my order with pictureline.com later in the day on December seventeenth. Pictureline emailed me on the eighteenth to inform me had the order processed and provided me the shipping/tracking number. I received my purchase on the twentieth.
My purchase arrived packaged very well and everything purchased was found to be in excellent condition.
Pictureline.com prices are quite competitive (Very Good!) as are the shipping rates. They have a good inventory of items geared to the needs of photographers and many items are in stock.
The web site is well done, safe and easy to use. The ability to click on more than one item at a time to add to the shopping care would be the only thing I might want to ask for, this is not a problem just slightly slows down the shopping experience. The search for items on the pictureline.com site is quick and gets you to where you need to be with ease!
Overall, the experience from start to finish was great! I am very happy to have found a new source for my photographic needs and look forward to future shopping at pictureline.com!

Pictureline is quite simply the best online retailer I have ever worked with. With competitive prices and stellar customer service, Pictureline has earned my respect and continued business.
I purchased a digital camera from Pictureline, shortly before leaving on a trip to Israel. The camera arrived on time and in excellent condition. I was dismayed, however, when less than a week after I purchased it the camera stopped working. The camera company was rather unhelpful, so I turned to Pictureline for help.
I was amazed at the quality of the customer service I received from Pictureline. Not only did they arrange for me to receive a replacement camera (which has worked wonderfully), Pictureline was flexible and considerate through the whole process, working with me even when I was out of the country.
Never before have I experienced the level of customer service that I have enjoyed with Pictureline.

In preparation for a major adventure trip (with a major photography component)I purchased a Canon S3. To make use of filters, I needed a lens adapter and hood set LAH-DC20. I needed it quickly, for my trip begins on 3 August. On 30 July I placed an order with Amazon w/ overnight shipping. They showed the item to be in stock. On the morning of 1 August (the expected delivery date)I expected to to find a tracking number. What I found was a revised delivery date of 3 August. I cancelled the order. I found pictureline.com. They showed the LAH-DC20 in stock. I needed to be certain so I gave them a call. I reached them before their business hours (they're Mountain, I'm Eastern) so I left a message. Less than 10 minutes into their business day, they returned my call. They confirmed for me their stock status, and assured same day processing plus overnight shipping. The young lady I spoke with said she would pull one of the items I needed and set it aside for me. Moments ago the the item arrived at my office (2 August, ~9:00 AM). This is my first experience with pictureline. I give them extremely high marks for customer service. Thank you pictureline!

I ordered on-line a Tenba Shootout Backpack from this company late on Friday. The order was immediately shipped on Monday, I received email advising shipper's tracking number and it arrived promptly as advised by the Services rep. The backpack came in as advertised, well packaged and handled.
Their on-line order program was easy to follow and and I was able to track my order as needed.
I am very satisfied with this vendor and would recommend for future purchases.

I ordered a Canon Powershot S5 IS from Pictureline on June 26th. I am a professional photographer and I decided it was about time to purchase my first point-and-shoot digital camera. I waffled between this model and the Leica V-Lux 1 for a while and I had a few questions that I needed answered before I pulled the trigger.
The customer service at Pictureline is second to none among internet photographic retailers. All of my questions were answered honestly and knowledgeably. These folks don't just sell cameras, they use and understand the products they sell. After receiving two lengthy and informative emails from customer service, I went with the Canon.
I ordered the unit late at night on the 26th of June and was hoping to have it in-hand by the 28th as I was taking a trip and wanted to bring it along. I needn't have worried- my order was processed the morning of the 27th and the unit shipped immediately. I paid for overnight shipping and had my camera by 10:00 a.m. on June 28th. Every other internet camera retailer I have dealt with took at least 24 hours to process my order. Pictureline had my camera out the door in under 13 hours from the time I placed my order. The camera arrived in perfect condition and was packed extremely well.
Pictureline doesn't have the huge selection of an Adorama or a B&H, but their product line is of the highest quality and the buying experience is everything you ever hoped for from an online store. From the great staff to the prompt shipping to the competitive pricing, you cannot go wrong with this place. I cannot recommend Pictureline highly enough.

I purchased a Nikon D50 from them and their shipping was fast (and free). Their support was also helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

I received superb service from Pictureline. I needed a special color for an item and they went out of their way to swap emails with me for this purpose. I increased my order as a result.
This is no Mall-Wart company.

My order was for a Nikon D50 kit (18-55mm lens included). I placed the order on a Friday around 11:00 AM MDT and expected it to ship that day based on the site claim of same-day shipping on in-stock orders placed by 4:00 PM MDT. They didn't ship the order until the following Monday (Aug 21). I received the order today (Aug 24), true to the UPS 3-day shipping.
Thus far, my only complaint is the delay in shipping. The camera kit and the SD card I ordered appear to be unopened and in good condition. I would definitely consider pictureline.com for future purchases. This review was modified by its author, RDBeck, on

So long as it is genuine, a Nikon product is a Nikon product pretty much wherever the purchase is made. The difference is in service received and of course price. I especially liked that photos of all Pictureline sales consultants are displayed the web site, which I used for information before ordering by phone. Heather P, my sales associate, was efficient, pleasant and most helpful. Pictureline maintained its original low selling price on a hard to find item, the Nikon EN-EL3e battery, while many others were jacking up their prices. I appreciated that. The item was shipped the same day and arrived in four business days. An excellent and enjoyable transaction - a 10 in anyone's book. Many thank you's Pictureline and Heather P. Ed

I purchased a Epson P-2000 from Priceline.com. It offers the best deal that I can find from stores or website.
Prompt response, fast shipment, great quality, and nice packing. Since the whole transaction is perfectly done, I have no experience/comment with its customer service at this point.
