Two weeks later on November 21, 2012 got e-mail confirming that my return received and a promise to get my money back in 2-4 business days. After a fight, on December 31, 2012, got another e-mail stating that money posted back to my credit card. Today is February 21, 2013, got no money back! They are bunch of thieves!"
"My Motorola Droid X2 arrived within a week of my order. The phone looked great. I was very happy until I activated it. The touch screen would not allow me to answer a call. When I called for customer service, which took many dials to get through, I was given the option to exchange the phone or receive a refund. Either way, I was required to pay for return shipping. I agreed to have a replacement phone sent out. I tracked the return of my phone though the USP. It has been nine days since Phone Sale. com received the returned phone. I haven't received notice of a new phone being sent out. I have called many times leaving three messages with no return call. When I did get though, I was told a priority was going to be put on this order. I really liked this web site and their phone prices are very reasonable. I would have been very satisfied had my phone worked properly. Customer service is lacking, unfortunately. Bottom line: the final verdict is yet to be determined. "
