Actually your calls are rounded to 1 minute and there are no other costs other than the ones displayed on the rate section; we apply no hidden fees or other charges.
It is the minute your call is answered that you start being charged. You may find differences from the call duration value displayed on your phone and that in your account, and this is due to different starting points of the timer.

Most probably what happens, when your destination number does not go through, is that the system does not recognize the digits you've pressed. Certain phones do not allow other systems to read the numbers typed.
We recommend you should use Speed Dial and assign the number to a digit, or try calling from a different phone for a try.

But as you may already know, minutes have been reduced due to an increase in price which we were forced to apply since all major telecom networks in India have adopted it. It was only by lining up to these new costs that we could still provide our high quality calls.

"Every time when you call suppose to get charged exact minute (Rounded) but we charged more then we talk little more.. Our phone will tellus how many minute we talk once it pick up from opposite side and we charge little more, If you improve this overcharged you have one of the best provider."
