"I called repeatedly after placing order for order status. CS kept giving me different dates, all of which were wrong. Product just showed up one day. Product had multiple defects, which cost us business and therefore money. After receiving the product I discovered there were some serious safety concerns with the technology. I sent the product back with letter detailing the problems, and that given the aggravation I had to endure, I should not be charged the restocking fee. After a few weeks I did get my refund and, of course, they charged the restocking fee. I also sent management some helpful suggestions to improve their CS. No reply. There are plenty of other companies out there that make quality products and appreciate customers. This isn’t one of them. I highly suggest giving your money to one of those companies. I am."
"I received their 47" LCD TV within two weeks after the order was placed, the TV worked and looked good but they sent me a small speaker that didn't fit, 5" too short and there was no way to mount it. Here we go; I called and requested a speaker to fit and was told they had to find one and they would call me in 5 days, you guessed it they never called so I called on the following dates 5-28,5-30,6-3,6-5,6-12,and on 6-12 they said there third party parts vendor had one and I should receive it on no later than Tues 6-24, you guessed it, it never came that week, I called Monday 6-30 and talked to Andrews Electronics their parts distributor said they didn't even have the part to ship, "WOW" I called there customer service man and gave him the whole story, all he did was told me to purchase the same LCD TV $1200.00 more on my credit card and he would give me credit for the speaker less TV when it shows up at there RMA department. All I wanted was the speaker to fit so I could mount it on the wall.I don't have the room on my low interest rate credit card so I most likely will give up and go without the speaker thats part of the TV.They were nice over the phone but still 6 weeks and what a trauma."
"Ordered 2 DVD Home Theater Systems with iPod DockModel #:HTS3555/37B one for myself and one for my father-in-law. I never read their BAD reviews otherwise, I would have never ordered. After reading negative reviews, I tried to Cancel order but even though, order status says 'In Process' they didn't cancel the order. Both packages were very well packed, everything working so far. If it keeps working atleast for a year, its worth money. May be they are improving or may be I was little lucky. "
"Very Satisfied. I placed an order for refurbished Home Theatre. Initially it said it will be shipped immediatly but it took 5 days before they made shipment but the shipment arrived on time and was very well packed and it works fine.Great place to shop. Already recommended to couple of friends."
"Ordered a refurbished 47" LCD tv. Honestly, if I had read all of these reviews, I wouldn't have ordered. However, I went ahead and placed my order before discovering all this negative feedback about the shop. I was relieved when my TV arrived on time, and appears to work just fine. There are cosmetic blemishes, as Philips' website warned there might be. All in all, I'm satisfied that I got what I paid for (so far, at least)."

"I ordered 47" 1080p LCD. I have very bad experience so far. My order has been pending for 10 business days and nobody has contacted me yet. I emailed 3 days after, no replies. I called two days ago and the representative explained that they have a backlog. She said the order would go through next day. It did not happen. Still "processing""
"I ordered a 47" 1080p LCD flat HDTV from this company, an Initial authorization was submitted to my credit card. But it went no further after several days without any correspondance, I emailed them to find out the status. No replies. Seemed like a decent deal. But from my experience the site is completely unreliable. I would not recommend or shop there again. It's now 10 days without signs of life on the order. No way to cancel it either."
"I ordered this TV -42MF437B/37B- before I researched any information on the store itself. I tried to find reviews on the TV but figured that "Hey, I'm ordering directly from the manufacturer" and didn't press it any further.After ordering I searched the store and found the reviews on here and other sites and was horrified.HOWEVER - My experience was nothing but positive. The order was placed on Wednesday the 9th and delivered on the next Tuesday the 15th (3days earlier than expected).It was packaged very well and included all parts, screws, remotes ... etc. I set it up and verified that it worked with my DIRECTV HD service while the delivery guy was their before I signed. So far everything has worked perfectly and I love the set. You could spend a lot more than I did ($865.62 with tax and delivery) for a lot less."
"Horrible, received broken TV. Worked great for 60 days then went out. It was "renewed" and had a 90 day warranty. Call Phillips and they gave me a local shop to bring in the TV. 30 days later I called the shop to get a status and they told me they would call me back by the end of the week. Called me back and said the TV had been dropped and Phillips would not pay for damages. I called Phillips who told me the same thing and denied paying the damage of the TV. I told them the TV was never dropped and they must have shipped me a broken TV to start with (it had a broken power switch, but i figured that was just part of the renewed deal). Anyway since this purchase (a 26" LCD) I bought a 50" plasma and a 42" LCD. But I bought Sony because I will never deal with this company again. CROOKS!!!!"
"Ordered dvd player received an outdated player a much cheaper model. Much like bait and switch tactics. Getting run around from customer service, and I have wasted much time with them. Crappy company. Watch out folks! My credit card company will do a charge back in three days, as they can't get these idiots to even respond to them!--------------------------Update: 3-5-08 Now, since credit card co involvement, probably. Philips has sent me a return fedex label, and I sent the item back under their rma policy. Now I'm waiting for my credit since they won't just send me the item I originaly ordered. Very lame customer service. Let you know if and when I receive credit!"
"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR.I bought a DVD home theater system - but the DVD player didnt even work. It didnt take in DVDs. The website said factory renewed, but obviously it wasnt. They dont take returns - only exchanges - and on top of that they dont cover shipping charges back to the warehouse. I had to spend 40 bux extra out of pocket just to ship the system back to them - and now am waiting about 14 business days for them to get back to me. RIDICULOUS!!!! The prices on the website seem tempting - but they are too good to be true. The products are crap and dont work. Spend a little more money and get something that actually works - and avoid this dealer AT ALL COSTS!!!!!"
