IT TOOK 14 DAYS FOR US TO GET THESE SINCE ONE WAS ON BACKORDER. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE AND UNDERSTAND FROM OTHER INTERNET COMPANIES IT DOES TAKE SOME TIME TO RECIEVE PRODUCT. "DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD WITH THESE CHEATS! I should have used a third party payer, like Paypal or something. I am very dissatisfied with petsr4u. They are way past due on shipping, and I have not received an answer after repeated attempts to contact them. The phone number listed for customer service is actually a fax number, so don't bother trying to call them when they never ship your order. From now on I will ONLY be buying from big box stores online. There are too many scam businesses out there like this one. I should have used Paypal, then I could get my money back."
"I placed an order on 5/17/2010 and my credit card was charged on 5/18/2010. HOWEVER, it's now 9/30/2010 and we've not received the order ... and we've not received any response from our multiple emails and voicemail messages.
I will never order from them again and will be reporting them to the BBB, and will add legitimate negative reviews anywhere I can."

I emailed and called the company on Monday July 26, 2010, and despite an email telling me my merchandise would ship that tuesday, I have not received the items I ordered. This company employs fraudulent business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
I intend to contact the better business bureau tomorrow to attempt to recover the $70 which was debited from my account the day I placed the order. Too bad they do not ship as fast as they take your money!!!"

Weeks later, after repeated e-mails from me, they finally told me my order was sent. When it arrived it was the wrong items. I tried numerous times to contact them via e-mail and customer service phone number with NO response. This is the worst experience I have had with an internet site order.
