"Great prices. Fast and cheap shipping. Personal service. Will definitely be on my list of shops to shop from for tech needs.

Even for a small item like a Artic Cooling MX-2, I got a hand written note. Just like those mom and pop shops around the corner before the big online stores came along. "

"Petra's Tech Shop sets the standard by which other online retailers should be judged! Alex answered some pre-sale questions via both phone call and email promptly and professionally, and provided valuable insight that helped me place an
order for the very best products for my needs and budget.
I then placed an order on a Saturday, they promptly shipped it when they were back in the shop on Monday, and I received it on Wednesday, despite choosing the least expensive shipping option, UPS Ground.
When I opened the box, the care that was taken in shipping was obvious, with styrofoam peanuts cradling everything and each item wrapped separately as well. To top it off, they included a pen and a hand-written note of thanks, which I now understand is customary for them. For someone placing a relatively small-dollar order, I was treated like a king.
Petra's stocks a wide selection of specialty items, and has the expertise to expertly support the hobbyist, gamer, custom case modder, or anyone enthusiastic about computers. I will patronize Petra's at every possible opportunity in the future, they have earned a customer for life with me."

"Excellent service. Always wanted to order from PTS, and finally did. Ordered late Wednesday afternoon. Within an hour I got a tracking number. Two days later, it arrived cross country at my door. Well packaged, quick service, fair prices. Thanks Petra. See you on XS"

"the package was well packed, i love my UPS Brooklyn, they come very quick and they handle my package very
well, no damaged goods...

i'll buy again if i need something for Liquid cooling... i bought all i need, except the HDD rack which they dont have. A+++"

"This store is quite simply amazing. Its hard to believe that it's run by two guys in San Jose who basically live at the store front.

I purchased the gigabyte aurora case from them, and was able to pick up the same day and paid in cash.

Since then, they have sponsored our last lan party which drew 120 people, and at our next 250 people June 24-25 they are going to set up a mini store at the event.

How cool is that??!?!?!?

Great service, great merchandise, and great prices, what more could you want?

"I had made the mistake of not reviewing my shipping address and seeing it was incomplete. Working in mail-order myself, I find this particularly annoying and sometimes when busy those orders find their way to the back burner.
These guys let me know within MINUTES of placing the order and couldn't have been more helpful.
PetraTech rocks and I will absolutely recommend to others. I even got a thank you email right afterward AND a hand written note inside the parcel! Talk about the "extra mile"!"

"Ordered 4 Yate Loon case fans at a great price. PTS quickly filled the order and kept me informed by email of the status of my order. Shipping information was provided in a timely manner and I received the fans in great shape as they were securely packaged. If PTS has the items you need, then place your order. You won't be disappointed with the way they do business."

"This is my second purchase from Petra. As usual great service and fast shipping. I ordered the EK Multi Reservoir from them and they even threw in a couple of extra EK barbs with my order. As usual, the handwritten note from them along with the Pen (I mainly shop here only for the pen!!) adds a personal touch to your shopping experience here.
Will probably placing an order again in the next couple of weeks for some more water cooling equipment and fans.
